    A Silent Yes

In this episode of Show Me the Path, I’m sharing the story behind this very podcast and how I felt God leading me to spend an entire year creating without sharing it with anyone. No announcements, no audience, no outside validation—just God, me, and an assignment I was afraid to walk into. I open up about the fear, uncertainty, isolation, and delayed obedience that accompanied my yes. I didn’t step into this assignment fearless. I stepped into it afraid, learning along the way that obedience doesn’t require the absence of fear; it requires a willingness to trust God in spite of it. Sometimes God will ask you to build something in private before He allows it to be seen publicly. And sometimes the very thing we’re delaying out of fear is the thing He’s been calling us to surrender. If God has placed something on your heart and you’ve been waiting until you feel ready, qualified, confident, or comfortable enough to begin, this episode is for you. Don’t allow fear to turn your yes into a someday. Don’t delay your obedience like I did, waiting for certainty God never promised. You don’t need an audience to be obedient. You don’t need everyone’s understanding to follow God’s direction. And you don’t have to be fearless to be faithful. Sometimes the most powerful yes is the one nobody hears but God. Say yes. Do it afraid. Trust Him with what comes next.     IVF Series: Part IV

In this final episode of my IVF series, I’m sharing the most powerful chapter of my fertility journey—the IVF cycle that finally worked. After years of waiting, disappointment, procedures, prayers, and moments when I questioned if motherhood would ever happen for me, I experienced the answer I had been praying for. But even in the middle of the miracle, God was teaching me something greater: His plan was always bigger than my timeline. I’m taking you through the IVF cycle that changed everything and sharing the lessons God taught me along the way. Most importantly, I want to encourage you to trust God, have faith, and surrender your desires to His will—even when you don’t understand the waiting. If there is something you’ve been praying for that feels impossible, I want you to take the limits off of God. Don’t allow your past disappointments, your circumstances, or what someone told you is impossible to determine what God can do. God is not limited by your timeline. He is not limited by your circumstances. And He is not limited by what you can see. Keep trusting. Keep believing. Keep surrendering. Your waiting season may not look like mine, and your answer may not come in the way you expect—but God is still God in the waiting. This is the final chapter of my IVF story, but my prayer is that it becomes a new beginning for someone else who is still waiting. Take the limits off of God. Trust Him with your story. After experiencing disappointment before, stepping into IVF again required me to confront my fears, manage my expectations, and continue believing when I didn’t know what the outcome would be. But somewhere in the waiting, God was teaching me that surrender doesn’t mean giving up—it means giving it to Him. In this deeply personal episode of Show Me the Path, I revisit the moment a doctor told me I would never have children—a moment that could have broken my faith, but instead became the foundation for God’s promise in my life. I share how, even in the seasons when I doubted, stumbled, fell short, and even now as a newborn Christian God was still working through me and for me. This episode is an honest look at my imperfections as a believer and a reminder that God doesn’t require perfection to fulfill His promises—only faith and a willing heart.
