I Create Space for Rest and Renewal Meditation | For Dementia Carers

Send us Fan Mail "I Create Space for Rest and Renewal" is a gentle affirmation meditation for unpaid carers — and the final episode of Season 1 of the Carers Meditation Podcast. Using breath awareness, guided visualisation, and quiet affirmation, this meditation offers something every carer deserves and rarely receives — genuine, unhurried permission to rest. This episode marks the end of a year that began during Carers Week 2025 and closes during Carers Week 2026. In that time, hundreds of carers have pressed play, paused, breathed, and taken a few moments entirely for themselves. This final episode of Season 1 is for every one of them. After this episode, the Carers Meditation Podcast is taking a short summer break — resting and renewing, just as we ask you to do. We will return in August with Season 2, shaped by everything we have learned and listened to along the way. The full library of Season 1 episodes remains available throughout the break, free and accessible, whenever you need them. Press play, find somewhere quiet, and allow yourself to rest. You have earned it. Suitable for anyone supporting someone living with dementia, whether at home or in a professional care role. Send us Fan Mail Shut Off the Noise is a calming guided meditation for unpaid carers and anyone whose mind simply won't stop — designed to gently quiet mental chatter and create a little space in an overcrowded head. Using slow breathing, visualisation, and mindfulness, this practice helps you step back from the noise rather than fight it. Not forcing silence, but softening everything just enough to breathe. This meditation doesn't ask you to solve any of it. It simply offers a moment where you don't have to. When your brain feels full and you need somewhere quiet to land, this one is for you. Press play, take a breath, and allow the noise to soften. Suitable for anyone supporting someone living with dementia, whether at home or in a professional care role. The Garden Meditation | For Dementia Carers

Send us Fan Mail The Garden is a gentle guided meditation for unpaid carers — a quiet, imaginative journey through a garden of stepping stones, memories, and a steadfast tree, created especially for Dementia Action Week 2026. Using breath awareness, body relaxation, and guided visualisation, this meditation offers something many carers rarely find space for — a moment to simply be, without having to explain, justify, or hold everything together. The path through this garden is yours. What you notice along the way, what you choose to carry and what you choose to set down, belongs entirely to you. This episode was created to mark Dementia Action Week 2026, taking place 18–24 May, as a reminder that the people who give so much of themselves every day deserve a space that is quietly, completely theirs. Suitable for anyone supporting someone living with dementia, whether at home or in a professional care role — and for anyone who has ever needed to rest against something solid for a little while. Press play, find somewhere comfortable, and allow yourself to arrive in the garden.
