  1. Don't Bury Your Gift

    Don't Bury Your Gift

What has God put inside you — and what are you doing with it? In this special graduation message, Evangelist Brad Mayer brings a timely and energetic word from 1 Peter 4:10 and the Parable of the Talents. Drawing from decades of global missions experience across 70+ nations, Brad challenges graduates — and every believer — to stop waiting on the sidelines and start discovering, developing, and deploying the gift God has placed inside them. With humour, honesty, and hard-won wisdom, this message cuts to the heart of one of the most important questions a Christian can ask: am I actually using what God gave me? This message invites us to: Understand that God has given every person a gift — no one is left outLearn why you don't decide your gift, you discover itRecognize the difference between burying your gift and multiplying itStop being intimidated by others' gifts and start walking in your ownSee why the meaning of life is not just to receive your gift, but to give it awayThe poster boy for how not to use your gifts well buried his in the ground and handed it back at the end of his life. Don't be that guy. Your gift was made to be multiplied. Don't go to your grave with it undiscovered, undeveloped, or unused. Key Scripture: 1 Peter 4:10; Matthew 25:14–30; Proverbs 18:16 This message was delivered by Evangelist Brad Mayer on May 24th, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 2. Faith & Patience: Inheriting the Promises

    May 27

Faith & Patience: Inheriting the Promises

What does it really take to receive what God has promised? In this message, Pastor Adam Biro teaches from Hebrews 6 and Isaiah 40 on two essential and often misunderstood qualities of the Christian life — faith and patience. Not passive acceptance of whatever life brings, but an active, determined pursuit of God and His promises even when the answer hasn't arrived yet. Drawing from the story of Abraham, the author of Hebrews, and a vivid picture of a fisherman waiting at the shoreline, this message challenges us to stay the course — to keep our line in the water — even when faith starts to feel like it isn't working. This message invites us to: Understand why inheritance is not automatic — and what it actually requiresDiscover the difference between godly patience and spiritual sluggishnessLearn why faith and patience must work together to see God's promises fulfilledRecognize that waiting on God is an active, not passive, postureBe encouraged that God has not forgotten your work, your love, or your faithIf you've been waiting on a promise — if discouragement has been creeping in and the answer hasn't come yet — this message is for you. The fish is still going to hit the line. Don't reel it in now. Key Scripture: Hebrews 6:9–12; Isaiah 40:27–31; Hebrews 11 This message was delivered by Pastor Adam Biro on May 17th, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 3. A Woman After God's Own Heart

    May 11

A Woman After God's Own Heart

PODCAST DESCRIPTION What does it mean to be a woman after God's own heart and what does God say about who you are? In this Mother's Day message, Pastor Cecy Biro draws from the lives of three women of the Bible, Eve, Mary, and Deborah, to remind us that God has always had a purpose, an identity, and a calling for every woman He created. And whether you're a mother or not, this message carries a word for you. From the Garden of Eden to the battlefields of Israel, we see women who were not perfect, but who said yes to God and changed everything around them because of it. In this message you'll discover: Why women are carriers of life and why there has always been a war against themWhat Eve's name teaches us about the gift God placed inside every womanHow Mary's simple response, "I am the Lord's servant," is a prayer that can transform your lifeWhat it looks like to make room for the Word of God instead of your own agendaHow Deborah arose as a mother in Israel and why God is calling you to arise tooWhy sometimes you have to prophesy over yourself and sing a new song, even when you don't feel like itYou were not created to stay small, carry shame, or live under oppression. God has a purpose for you that was written before you were born and He is faithful to fulfill it. Wake up. Arise. Sing a new song. Key Scripture: Psalm 138:8; Genesis 3:15; Luke 1:38; Psalm 40:8; Judges 4-5 This message was delivered by Pastor Cecy Biro on Sunday, May 11th, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 4. Born For More

    Born For More

What does it mean to be born for more — and what's standing in the way of you living it? In this message, Dr. Harrison Mungal draws from John 4 and the story of the woman at the well to challenge us with a question we rarely stop to ask ourselves: have we limited what God can do through our lives? From growing up in poverty with no running water or electricity, to travelling to over 50 nations sharing the gospel, Dr. Mungal brings a message forged in lived faith — that God takes nobodies from nowhere places and sets them on a journey beyond anything they could think or imagine. This message invites us to: Understand that your identity is your potential, not your historyRecognize that the areas we try to hide are often the very places God chooses to reveal His graceDiscover why "more" isn't always higher — sometimes it's deeperLearn what the woman at the well teaches us about leaving behind what defines us to step into what God designed us forLet go of the baggages, mindsets, and comfort zones that keep us smallYour encounter with God is meant to become someone else's invitation. You were not born to carry water jars. You were born to win a city. Key Scripture: John 4:1–30; 2 Corinthians 5:17 This message was delivered by Dr. Harrison Mungal on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 5. The Holy Spirit: Not Yet

    Apr 29

    The Holy Spirit: Not Yet

What do you do when God says “not yet”? In this message, Pastor Adam Biro continues the Holy Spirit series by teaching on one of the most challenging aspects of following God: when the Holy Spirit leads by closing doors instead of opening them. Looking at Acts 16, we see how the Apostle Paul was forbidden by the Holy Spirit from going where he originally intended. What seemed like delay or redirection was actually God positioning him for something greater. This message reminds us that not every closed door is a denial. Sometimes God narrows our path so He can lead us exactly where we need to go. This message invites us to:  Trust God when His timing doesn’t match our expectations  Recognize the difference between “no” and “not yet”  Stay sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit  Let God shape our hearts through the seasons we didn’t choose  Keep moving forward even when direction feels unclear God’s delays are not His denials. What He has promised still stands, but His timing prepares us for what we are called to carry. As we follow the Holy Spirit, we learn that being led by God is not always about speed. It is about alignment. Key Scripture: Acts 16:6–10; Acts 18:9–10; Acts 19:10  This message was delivered by Pastor Adam Biro on April 26th, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 6. For His Glory: From Valley to Resurrection

    Apr 21

For His Glory: From Valley to Resurrection

What do you do when you’re walking through a valley and God feels distant? In this message, Rev. Mike Wilson shares a powerful and personal teaching on faith, waiting, and the glory of God revealed through our lives. From mountaintop moments to deep valleys, we are reminded that every season has purpose and that our story is ultimately for God’s glory. Looking at the story of Lazarus in John 11, this message reveals that even when things feel delayed, buried, or beyond hope, God is still at work. What may look like the end could actually be the setup for resurrection. Through testimony and Scripture, this message challenges us to keep believing, keep worshiping, and keep trusting God even when we don’t understand His timing. This message invites us to:  Trust God in both the mountain and the valley seasons  Understand that delay does not mean denial  Hold onto faith even when circumstances seem hopeless  Believe that God can resurrect what feels dead  Live a life that reflects the glory of God through every season There is no situation too far gone for God. What has been buried can be brought back to life. As we trust Him, worship while we wait, and respond in faith, we will see His glory revealed. Key Scripture: John 11:1–44; Romans 4:17–21; Hebrews 11:1  This message was delivered by Rev. Mike Wilson on April 19th, 2026 at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK. 7. Faith That Obtains

    Apr 14

    Faith That Obtains

Why do some believers experience the promises of God while others only hope for them? In this message, we are challenged to move beyond passive belief and step into a faith that actively receives what God has promised. The book of Hebrews calls us to imitate those who, through faith and perseverance, inherit the promises. This kind of faith is not passive. It is lived, expressed, and acted upon. Looking through Hebrews 6, Romans 4, and the life of Abraham, this sermon teaches that the promises of God do not come automatically. They are obtained through faith, perseverance, and a willingness to act on what God has said. This message invites us to:  Understand the difference between believing and true biblical faith  Recognize that God’s promises are available to every believer  Break free from spiritual dullness and passivity  Learn how faith works through action and perseverance  Step into a lifestyle that actively receives what God has promised Faith is not wishful thinking or future hope. Faith receives. Faith acts. Faith obtains. As we choose to trust God fully, refuse unbelief, and act on His Word, we position ourselves to experience the fullness of what He has already promised. Key Scripture: Hebrews 6:11–12; Romans 4:16–21; Mark 11:24; Hebrews 11:33  This message was delivered on April 12th, 2026  by Pastor Brent Rudoski at Faith Alive Family Church in Saskatoon, SK.
