We examine the footage, the department’s own documentation and the growing conversation around police use of force and accountability. Meanwhile, millions of Americans are feeling the impact of changes to SNAP benefits. More than four million people are no longer receiving food assistance, according to an analysis of preliminary federal data. With additional changes expected under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, what could this mean for low-income families, food insecurity and the future of America's largest food assistance program?
