I’m Done Playing Small. Here’s What Happens Next.

SOMETHING BIG IS HAPPENING IN NOOSAVILLE... September 18–20, 2026 | Noosaville, Queensland I’m bringing together an intimate room of ambitious leaders, founders and business owners for three days of big conversations, fresh thinking and the kind of space most of us rarely give ourselves. And we’re already 30% sold out. Want the details? Email danni@dannivee.com with the word RETREAT and I’ll send them directly to you. Episode 50 feels like a line in the sand for me. Fifty episodes of The Danni Vee Show. Fifty conversations about leadership, business, confidence, identity, success, the stories we carry and the person we’re becoming underneath all of it. And I’m clearer than I’ve ever been about what I want this show and my work to stand for. I want to have the conversations successful people are actually having behind closed doors. The decisions you’re making when there isn’t an obvious answer. The pressure that comes with building something meaningful. The way business is changing and the way leadership is changing. AI, visibility, identity, performance, relationships, ambition, self-trust, money, influence and what’s happening in the world around us. I want to challenge ideas we’ve accepted for too long. I want to bring different perspectives into the room. I want to talk about what’s happening now and have an opinion on where I think we’re going. And underneath all of it sits the question that has become central to my work: Who are you becoming while you build all of this? That’s the next chapter of The Danni Vee Show. And Episode 50 is also where I finally get to share something I've been creating behind the scenes. From September 18–20, I’m taking this conversation out of your headphones and bringing it into a room. Beautiful Noosaville. Three days. An intimate group of ambitious people who are building businesses, leading people, creating ideas and thinking seriously about what comes next. You’ll hear from speakers across AI, branding, leadership and more, because I want this retreat to reflect the conversations that matter right now. We'll talk about business. We'll look at what's changing. We'll challenge the way we think. We'll create space for ideas that are difficult to access when your brain is moving from meeting to meeting and responsibility to responsibility and yes, we’ll do the deeper work too. I could give you another strategy, teach another tool. Eventually, the quality of what you build comes back to the person making the decisions. YOU! In Episode 50: Why this episode marks a new era for The Danni Vee Show What I want the next 50 episodes to stand for Why my work is expanding into bigger conversations about leadership, business and the world we’re building in The role identity plays when your success starts asking something different of you Why I’m bringing different perspectives and voices into my work What I’m creating in Noosaville this September Why getting yourself into the right room can change the way you see what comes next THE NOOSAVILLE RETREAT, WANT TO BE IN THE ROOM?The retreat is already 30% sold out. I’m intentionally keeping the room intimate because the people in it matter. This is for ambitious leaders, founders and business owners who want substance, connection, fresh thinking and space to look properly at what they're building next. The Smartest People I Coach Ask the Worst

Start with your Leadership Identity Before you listen, take my complimentary Leadership Identity Survey. It’s designed to uncover the patterns shaping how you lead, make decisions, communicate and show up when the stakes are higher. Take the survey: www.dannivee.com/identity Some of the smartest people I know are brilliant at solving problems for everyone else. Put them in a business crisis and they’ll find a way through. Give them a complex decision and they can see angles other people miss. Ask them what you should do and they’ll probably have an answer before you’ve finished explaining the problem. Then the decision is their own. Suddenly it’s: “Danni, what do you think I should do?” And I’m probably incredibly annoying to work with because quite often my answer is another question. I’ve become fascinated by what happens in that moment. The business owner who has already researched every option and still needs one more opinion. The senior leader who makes significant decisions every day and then rewrites one email six times. The capable person who already knows what they think and still wants somebody else to say it first. There is usually something far more interesting happening underneath the question. In Episode 49 of The Danni Vee Show, I’m taking you inside the kind of conversations I have with leaders and business owners when the surface question isn’t the one I’m interested in answering. We talk about decision-making, overthinking, confidence, permission, certainty and the very clever ways high performers can make fear sound completely reasonable. Including giving it a spreadsheet. I may have some personal experience with that one. This episode also explores an idea that has become increasingly important in my work: Your questions reveal who is making the decision. The leader you are today? The business owner you’re becoming? Or an older version of you who still believes getting it right, being liked or having somebody else's approval will keep you safe? In this episode: Why I rarely answer “What do you think I should do?” straight awayThe difference between gathering perspective and looking for permissionHow intelligent people can overthink themselves out of decisions they already know how to makeWhy more information doesn't always create more certaintyThe subtle ways fear can disguise itself as being strategic, responsible or “just thinking it through”What confidence can look like when the deeper issue is trust in your own judgementThe question I use to get underneath indecision: “What are you really trying to know?” If you've been researching, thinking, asking, analysing and circling the same decision, this episode might make you realise you don't need another answer. You may need to look at the question you've been asking. I work with leaders, founders and business owners who have already built capability, credibility and success and know there is another level available to them. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity, human behaviour and business performance — developing the person making the decisions alongside what they're building. If Episode 49 gives you one thing to carry into your week, let it be this: What are you asking yourself over and over again that you already know the answer to? Sometimes the quality of the next move starts with having the courage to look underneath the question. Thanks for listening to The Danni Vee Show. Who you become determines what you build.

They Already Know What You're Really Like

People don't follow your values. They follow your evidence Discover Your Leadership Identity First Before you listen, take my complimentary Leadership Identity Survey to uncover the patterns shaping the way you lead, make decisions and influence those around you. 👉 www.dannivee.com/identity Every organisation talks about culture. Values are written. Mission statements are launched.Leadership teams spend months trying to define what they want their culture to be. But what if culture isn't created the way we've been taught? In this episode of The Danni Vee Show, I challenge one of the biggest assumptions in leadership and introduce a philosophy that has become central to my work with leaders, founders and executive teams: People don't follow your values. They follow your evidence. The way you respond under pressure. The conversations you avoid. The behaviours you reward. The standards you walk past. They're all teaching your team something, whether you realise it or not. Drawing on real coaching conversations, leadership workshops and research into psychological safety, we unpack why people don't learn culture from the words on the wall—they learn it from the behaviours they experience every single day. If you're a business owner building your first team, an executive leading organisational change or a leader wanting to create a culture where people genuinely feel safe to contribute, this episode will challenge the way you think about leadership. Why people learn culture by watching behaviour, not reading values. The hidden messages leaders send every day without realising it.What your team is constantly collecting evidence about. Why psychological safety starts long before someone speaks up.A powerful question every leader and business owner should ask themselves this week.🌐 Website: www.dannivee.com 📲 Instagram: @danniveecoach 💼 LinkedIn: Danni Vee 🎤 Speaking & Leadership Programs: Executive Leadership Coaching | Keynote Speaking | Leadership Development | Corporate Facilitation If this episode challenged the way you think about leadership, I'd love you to subscribe, leave a review and share it with another leader or business owner. The Story You're Still Living (And Don't Even Know It)

Ready to lead with greater confidence, influence and self-trust? Complete my complimentary Leadership Identity Survey and discover what's really shaping the way you lead, communicate and show up. Start here: www.dannivee.com/identity Have you ever stopped to wonder why two people can walk into the same opportunity and see something completely different? One sees possibility. The other sees risk. One speaks up. The other stays quiet. One backs themselves. The other questions whether they're ready. We often assume it's confidence, experience or personality. I don't think it is. In this episode, I'm exploring an idea I've been noticing more and more through my work with leaders, founders and high performers: the stories we've unconsciously carried for years are often making today's decisions. The conversation happening in your mind didn't begin this morning. It was shaped by experiences, feedback, relationships, successes and disappointments that quietly taught you who you believed you needed to be. The challenge is that many of those stories are now outdated, yet they're still influencing how you lead, communicate, make decisions and show up in your business and your life. In this episode, we explore: Why your past may still be influencing your leadership today. The hidden stories shaping your confidence, decision-making and self-trust. How old experiences create familiar patterns without you realising. The difference between responding to today's reality and reacting to yesterday's experiences. How becoming the observer of your own thinking can change the way you lead. This isn't about blaming your past. It's about recognising when an old story has taken the wheel, so you can choose a different direction. If you've ever found yourself hesitating, second-guessing or wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns despite knowing better, this conversation is for you. When Someone Else’s Story Is Shaping Your Reputation

Recently, I found out that a woman had been speaking about me, and what she had been saying was influencing the way other people perceived me. Some of those people never came to me. They never asked a question or took the time to understand the full story. They accepted what they had heard and allowed it to shape their opinion of me. Finding that out hurt. It made me look back at conversations that had felt slightly off and wonder whether people had met me through their own experience, or through a version of me that had already entered the room. In this episode, I am speaking openly about reputation, gossip, visibility and the leadership required when somebody else’s story begins shaping how you are seen. I share what happened inside me when I found out, the questions I had to ask myself and the point where reflection had done its job. There comes a moment where repeatedly examining yourself begins to erode your self-trust, and you have to decide whether you are going to keep carrying another person’s version of you into every room you enter. We also need to have a much more honest conversation about gossip and the cultures we contribute to. Words influence trust, referrals, relationships, collaborations and opportunities. Every time we repeat a story that is not ours to repeat, we play a role in shaping how another human being is perceived. This episode is for the woman who has been misunderstood, judged through somebody else’s experience or made to feel that she needs to prove who she is. You cannot attend every conversation about you. You can decide how you lead once you know those conversations exist. In This Episode: What happened when I discovered another woman had been speaking about me The physical and emotional impact of realising you have been misrepresented Why high-performing women often begin by searching for what they did wrong The difference between honest reflection and over-responsibility How gossip affects relationships, reputations and commercial opportunities Why trying to repair every perception becomes an expensive use of your energy How to remain visible and open after an experience makes you want to withdraw The questions that helped me decide what was mine to own and what I needed to release How to enter the next room anchored in your values, your work and the woman you know yourself to be The Movement I Am Creating: The EMBODY Inner Circle is the room I am creating for women who are ready to lead with greater self-trust, visibility, authority and personal responsibility. I want to bring together women who value honesty, courage and direct communication. Women who are willing to look at themselves, own their impact and support each other to keep growing. Women who understand that the rooms we build matter, the conversations we allow matter and the way we speak about each other matters. This is a movement for women who are ready to become more visible without losing themselves, strengthen the way they lead and build meaningful work from a deeper level of identity. What Are You Ready to Be Known For? How to Become Unmistakable

You can have experience, results, credibility, strong relationships, lived wisdom and an incredible body of work, and still feel a gap between the calibre of what you do and how clearly the world understands it. In this episode I open a conversation I've been having with myself as my work and brand continue to evolve: What does it take to become known for something real? This episode explores the thread that brings your work together. The message people begin to connect with your name. The standard they experience when they enter your world. The point of view that makes your leadership, content and body of work easier to recognise and remember. Drawing on years inside coaching rooms, corporate spaces and conversations with high-achieving women, I share why brilliant work can remain hidden in plain sight when the message surrounding it feels scattered. I explore the importance of giving people a clear doorway into your work while honouring its depth, allowing your lived experience to become part of your authority, and using significant moments as evidence of what you have been building. You are allowed to celebrate the wins. You are allowed to let people see the years, the work and the wisdom behind them. You are allowed to claim the conversation you are ready to lead. This episode invites you to look at your own work with fresh eyes and ask: What am I ready to become known for? IN THIS EPISODE, • The gap between the calibre of your work and the clarity of your message • Why experienced and highly capable women can struggle to explain what they want to be known for • Creating a recognisable thread through your brand, leadership and body of work • Giving people a clear doorway into the world you are building • Bringing your story, lived wisdom, point of view and standards into your authority • Using career milestones and meaningful wins to strengthen your visibility • Identifying the conversation you are uniquely positioned to lead • Building a clearer signal through your content and brand • Claiming the work, message and leadership identity already taking shape QUESTIONS TO SIT WITH: What are you ready to become known for? Where is your message still too soft for the depth of your work? Where are you assuming people understand what you do? What is the strongest conversation you are here to lead? What parts of your story, wisdom and experience deserve a more visible place in your brand? Your work already carries a story, a standard and a message. It may be time to claim them more clearly. Who you become determines what you build. Are You Collecting Evidence That You’re Invisible? The Hidden Pattern Keeping High-Achieving Women Stuck

In this episode, I am speaking about something I have been noticing in so many of the high-achieving women around me: incredibly capable women second guessing themselves, questioning decisions they already know are right and searching outside themselves for reassurance before they take the next step. I recently had an epiphany of my own when I realised I had been looking for evidence that I did not have enough visibility. The irony was not lost on me. I had been paying attention to the opportunities that had not happened yet, the content that had not performed the way I expected and the people who had not responded, while overlooking years of evidence that my voice, work and leadership were already creating an impact. It made me wonder how many women are doing exactly the same thing. How often are we collecting evidence that we are behind, unseen or not ready while dismissing the results, conversations, invitations and moments that already show us who we have become? In this episode, I’m talking about: Why so many successful women continue to second guess themselves, even after years of achievement The way our minds build evidence around the stories we repeatedly focus on Why high achievers can become incredibly skilled at using their own intelligence to question themselves What research tells us about imposter feelings, self-promotion and the pressure experienced by high-performing women The connection between visibility, leadership identity and self-trust Why women often minimise their results or dismiss the evidence of their own influence How second guessing can affect visibility, opportunities, leadership and business growth The importance of allowing positive feedback, recognition and achievement to become evidence you genuinely own How to become more aware of the meaning you attach to silence, lower engagement or an uncertain outcome The questions that can help you reconnect with the woman you are becoming Confidence grows through the evidence you allow yourself to see, trust and own. There may already be years of proof around you: clients who continue to choose you, people who seek your advice, results you have helped create, rooms you have been invited into and conversations that changed because you were part of them. The question is whether you are allowing that evidence to shape the way you see yourself. Your next level will ask you to hold greater visibility, make decisions with deeper self-trust and keep moving when certainty is unavailable. You are allowed to build a stronger case for yourself. Reflection for you: Where have you been looking for evidence that you are invisible, behind or not ready? What evidence of your leadership, influence and capability have you been overlooking? What would the woman you are becoming do with the information she already has? The EMBODY Inner Circle is now open for applications. This is a 12-month leadership and business experience for high-achieving women ready to deepen their confidence, visibility, identity, influence and self-trust while building their next chapter alongside an exceptional room of women.
