    Crumbling Into New Identity

In this episode, I explore what it really means when a business, relationship, vision, or strategy begins to crumble. Through the story of my first online business which I closed after burning out. I reflect on how endings are not always evidence of failure. Sometimes, what is falling away is the identity that built the chapter, because it can no longer carry us into what comes next. I explore the identities formed through proving, survival, responsibility, control, and being needed honouring them as intelligent adaptations while recognising when they have reached their limits. I also speak to the uncomfortable space between identities, when the old self has lost her authority but the new self has not yet fully emerged. This episode is an invitation to pause before rebuilding what is falling apart and ask: What is this revealing that I can no longer carry? The woman who brought me here does not have to be the woman who takes me forward. I can honour her, love her, and thank her while allowing myself to become someone she could not yet imagine. The Myth of Deserving

I am sharing mini - masterclass training from my private Telegram Space. The training is focused on the language and frequency of “deserving” and how it can quietly reinforce a mindset of earning permission for love, money, rest, support, and visibility. The core strategic message was to shift from a scarcity/permission (“I deserve this because I suffered enough”) to a sovereignty/availability (“I am available to receive this”). I framed language as architecture: the words we repeat shape identity, nervous-system expectations, and what we unconsciously allow into our lives. I also created this summary for scanned - learning. * The word “deserve” and its hidden psychological weight * Common phrases like: * “I deserve more money” * “I deserve to be loved” * “I deserve a break” * “deserve” often implies an external judge or scorecard deciding whether someone has done enough to receive goodness. * Language as architecture * Words are not just communication; they shape: * the body * identity * unconscious beliefs * nervous system expectations * Repeated language can become an internal instruction set. * Conditional worthiness vs. innate worth * Many people, especially women in the talk, learn to believe: * “I must earn safety” * “I must prove my worth through effort” * “I can receive only after depletion” * Worth is not earned through productivity or suffering. * Suffering as a permission structure * A major theme is that many people unconsciously make struggle the entry fee for receiving. * This can show up as: * overworking * guilt when supported * resting only when sick * overdelivering after being paid * resenting ease in others * A more sovereign alternative: “availability” * Instead of asking, “Do I deserve this?” * Ask: * “Am I available to receive this?” * “Am I safe to hold this?” * “Can I allow this?” * This is presented as a more grounded and self-led framework. Definitions * Deserving: The belief that one must meet a standard before being allowed to receive. * Should: Another conditional, expectation-based word that can reinforce pressure and external judgment. * Availability: Openness to receive, hold, and remain with goodness without needing to prove worth. * Conditioning: Learned patterns from childhood or culture that link safety/love to performance, helpfulness, or overachievement. Core Principles * Worthiness is not a reward for labor. * Receiving does not require suffering. * Unfamiliar does not mean unsafe. * Ease is not laziness; it can be a sign of nervous system expansion. * Difficulty is not inherently more sacred than ease. * Language can reinforce survival patterns or help rewire them. Examples & Applications Real-world Cases * Money * “I deserve more money” may unconsciously carry the belief that money comes only after depletion or overdelivery. * Rest * “I deserve a break” may reinforce the idea that rest is only legitimate after exhaustion. * Love and support * A person may feel loved but then feel compelled to repay it, as if affection creates debt. * Visibility * Someone may want to be seen but only after proving they have worked hard enough to earn attention. Practice Problems * Rewrite conditional language * Original: “I deserve rest.” * Reframe: “I am safe to rest.” * Check for hidden bargains * Original: “I worked hard, so now I can receive.” * Question: “What if receiving is not a prize at the end of suffering?” * Notice resentment * When seeing someone else’s ease, ask: * “What part of me is grieving the ease I have not yet allowed?” * Shift from proving to allowing * Original: “I need to prove I’m worthy.” * Reframe: “I am available to receive what is already here.” Sample Solutions * From deserving to availability * “I deserve support” → “I am willing to receive support.” * “I deserve love” → “I am available for love.” * “I deserve abundance” → “I am capable of holding abundance.” * From effort-based identity to embodied permission * “I have to work harder to justify this” → “I can honor what I created without turning struggle into my identity.” Important Details Dates/Formulas * No specific dates, statistics, or formal formulas were given in the transcript. * The talk centers on linguistic and psychological patterns, not technical data. Critical Points * “Deserve” can reinforce an internal standard of conditional worthiness. * Language influences nervous system expectations and identity formation. * The distinguishes between earning and allowing. * Resenting others’ ease may reveal unclaimed desire or unallowed ease in oneself. * “Should” functions similarly to “deserve” by creating pressure and expectation. Common Pitfalls * Confusing effort with worthiness * Hard work may create results, but it does not determine human value. * Confusing familiarity with safety * If struggle is familiar, ease may feel suspicious even when it is safe. * Using spiritual or self-help language to mask overwork * “I’m just being devoted” may actually be chronic depletion. * Treating receiving as something that must be morally justified * The talk argues against placing your dignity “on trial.” Practice * Identify three “deserve” statements in your own language and rewrite them using “availability.” * Reflect on a time when you felt guilty receiving help—what belief was underneath that guilt? * Notice whether you tie rest to exhaustion; rewrite that belief in a healthier form. * Observe any “should” statements during a day and replace them with a more neutral or empowering alternative. Quick Reference * Deserve = external judgment * Availability = internal permission * Suffering is not a prerequisite for goodness * Language shapes body and belief * Ease is not evidence of laziness or lack of worth Connection Points * Links to: * nervous system regulation: receiving feels unsafe when the body expects cost * self-worth work: shifting from performance-based value to inherent value * language awareness: words can maintain or interrupt conditioning * receiving practices: allowing love, money, rest, support, and visibility without apology Core Takeaway * The invitation to stop using suffering as the condition for permission and to replace “Do I deserve this?” with the more sovereign question:“Am I willing and able to receive what is already available to me?” JOIN MY FREE TELEGRAM CHANNEL WITH OVER 70+ EXCLUSIVE HIGH LEVEL LEADERSHIP + NERVOUS SYSTEM RECALIBRATION TRAININGS: The Hive This is a public episode. Beyond Logic: The Woman Who Refuses to Make Evidence Her Ceiling

Beyond Logic: The Woman Who Refuses to Make Evidence Her Ceiling There is a difference between being grounded in reality and being governed by it. Logic is useful. It helps us assess what is known: the patterns, the data, the evidence, the risks, the capacity, the current results. Logic helps us understand where we are standing. But logic cannot always show us where we are capable of going. Because logic is built from what has already happened. It draws conclusions from known information, known pathways, known outcomes, and existing precedent. Which means it is brilliant at telling us what is reasonable based on the life we have lived so far. But it cannot fully reveal what is possible beyond that life. The question is not whether we use logic. Of course we do. The question is whether we allow existing evidence to become the border of our future. The linear woman looks at what is currently in front of her and asks, “Given everything I can see, what makes sense?” The limitless woman may look at the same reality—the same bank account, responsibilities, body, business, capacity, and current results—and ask, “What else could be possible that I cannot yet see?” She does not deny reality. She simply refuses to make it the ceiling. I think of it like a highway. There is the slow lane, where most people move according to the same inherited assumptions: this is how long it takes, this is what people charge, this is how business works, this is how visible you are allowed to be, this is what is possible for someone like you. Then there is the fast lane. You may move more boldly. You may take greater calculated risks. You may accelerate your results. But you are still on the same highway. And then there is another possibility entirely: leaving the highway. This is multi-field vision. It is the willingness to stop asking how to optimise within a paradigm that was never designed for the life you are here to create. It is the willingness to question the paradigm itself. What if the assumption is not true? What if the timeline is not fixed? What if the pathway has not appeared simply because you have not yet become available to see it? This is where so many women meet their edge. Not because they lack intelligence, desire, or devotionbut because logic can become a protector. The protector wants proof. It wants the full pathway, the prior example, the guarantee, the certainty that you will not fail, lose, be judged, or have to hold more than you have held before. But if you require proof before you permit possibility, you will only ever choose futures that already have evidence behind them. And most extraordinary things have no evidence before they become real. This is not an invitation to abandon discernment. It is not about being reckless, bypassing responsibility, or pretending that facts do not matter. It is about building the nervous-system capacity to remain open before the evidence arrives. To sit in the sacred and often uncomfortable place of: I do not know yet. Not, there is no way. Not, it cannot happen. Not, I should wait until I have every answer. Just: I do not know yet. There is a profound difference between not seeing the route and concluding that no route exists. Many of us have inherited collective agreements that we have mistaken for truth. Agreements about money, business, leadership, visibility, relationships, success, time, and what it takes to become the woman we know we are here to be. “It takes five years.” “Everyone charges this much.” “This is how marketing must be done.” “You need this before you can have that.” But who decided? And more importantly: did you consciously choose to make that agreement your own? The limitless woman uses data. She honours discernment. She notices the facts. She listens to her intuition. But she does not outsource her authority to what has already happened. She reads the evidence without allowing it to govern her imagination. This is the work I am living inside of now—integrating what has emerged through the Flame Leadership Activations and the Diamond Frequency. It is not simply a new idea. It is a deeper embodiment in the body: warmth in the root, steadiness in the spine, and the capacity to hold a greater future without needing to shrink it into something familiar. This is the RARE leader: Rooted.Authority.Resonant.Embodied. The woman who can stand in reality without being limited by it. The woman who does not wait for collective permission. The woman who knows that the evidence of her current life is not the final word on what her life can become. This is a public episode. Shame, Safety and Sexual Sovereignty

[NOTE: I have created a - 19 page sacred workbook for the shadow of sexuality: companion to the transmission on Existential Kink, shame, safety, and the door you keep walking past.] I want to begin with a dream. I do not dream very often. So when a dream comes with this much vividness, sensation, and charge, I pay attention. In the dream, I was bound by rope to a steel bed. There were two men and a woman around me, all wearing leather masks. I was not fully naked, but I was dressed in black, kinky leather clothing. I knew, immediately, that I was in the territory of BDSM. But what I felt was fear. I could feel it in my body. I felt trapped. I wanted help. I wanted to shout, “Let me go.” I could not speak. Then I woke suddenly in my own bed, my breathing fast, my body distressed. I stayed there for a while, asking myself so many questions. Why did I dream that? Who were they? What did it mean? Why was I experiencing this? But I did not want to dismiss it. And I did not want to over-analyse it, either. I treated it as a transmission. A door. This became an entry point into a much deeper exploration of the shadow side of my sexuality. Around that time, I encountered Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott. Carolyn passed away on 28 July 2026, and I want to honour the impact her work had on opening a very nuanced, confronting, and important inquiry for me. The central teaching of the book is powerful: sometimes a recurring pattern remains because some part of us is receiving something from it. Not because our conscious mind wants it. Our conscious mind may be exhausted, frustrated, completely fed up. But another layer of the psyche may still be attached to the pattern because it offers identity, familiarity, protection, belonging, control, or even a kind of moral superiority. Healing can begin when we become willing to see that attachment with curiosity rather than shame. There is mind curiosity, which asks, “What does this mean? What does this symbolise?” And then there is body curiosity, which asks, “What does this want? What does this desire?” For me, the body was asking to be listened to. After the dream, I felt called to explore—not by performing a fantasy, but by becoming curious about the part of myself I had made hidden, forbidden, or shameful. There was a Honey Birdette boutique in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. I walked past it several times. I wanted to go in, but I hesitated every single time. What would people think? What if someone I knew saw me? What did it mean that I was a 45-year-old Asian mother standing outside this door, afraid to enter? And then I realised: the threshold was not the dream. The threshold was the shame around the door. I did not shame myself for being afraid. I spoke to the little girl in me with tenderness and authority. I took the seat of the director. I told her: “You are allowed to explore. You are an adult. You are safe. You get to choose.” When I finally entered, the saleswoman was warm, respectful, and welcoming. She gave me space to explore freely. And in that moment, I understood something important. Safety and conscious kink are inseparable. Without safety, consent, containment, and the ability to speak, it is not kink. It is harm. Safety is not the opposite of intensity. Safety is what makes intensity holy. Once I felt safe, I felt playful. Sexy. Young. Magnetic. Radiant. Intimate with myself. And I began to understand that the hidden part of a woman is not weak. Often, it is radiance that went underground because radiance was once unsafe. From the fitting room, I FaceTimed my lover. What began as an exploration of lingerie became a mutual revelation. It was not only sexual curiosity that opened. It was a deeper intimacy wound. I was not afraid of sex. I was afraid of being seen while being wanted. I believe this is far more common than we realise—in marriages, in relationships, in women who are successful, capable, intelligent, and deeply self-led. We may know how to be loved for what we do, yet still struggle to be witnessed in our desire, our body, our softness, and our wanting. For me, 2023 became a profound year of healing. It included sacred sexuality healing, past-life material clearing through my body, feminine-lineage healing, root and sacral opening, cervical awakening, whole-body orgasm, and energetic intimacy. I asked my lover—who has studied tantra since he was 19—to mentor me in this territory. For a woman who had built so much through her own authority, allowing myself to be guided was a significant gate. Not surrendering my sovereignty. Expanding it. I did not enter the world of BDSM to perform it. I entered it to clear the distortions attached to it. Distorted sexuality is sexuality severed from consent, safety, reverence, and the heart. The real work is not about rope, technique, or aesthetics. It is about the place where power and surrender meet—and whether that place has been made sacred or dangerous. In my dream, I was bound without consent. I could not speak. I was terrified. In waking life, I chose. I spoke. I was met. That is the entire alchemy. Same territory. Opposite architecture. The variable is sovereignty. And I want to offer an important caution here. The inquiry in Existential Kink can be deeply liberating when we apply it to patterns within our own agency: procrastination, financial ceilings, choosing unavailable partners, making ourselves small, hiding our gifts, repeating familiar forms of self-abandonment. But we must not extend that logic to abuse, assault, illness, poverty, or racism. Nobody’s shadow is equivalent to their violation. If someone was harmed, they did not want it. No framework should send a person looking for hidden pleasure in their own violation. If a framework cannot be wrong, we must hold it carefully. If you are in acute distress, living with unprocessed trauma, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, please do not do this work alone. Let a therapist, practitioner, mentor, or safely held container support you. What I want to leave you with is this: The dream is not always a symbol to decode. Sometimes, it is a door. Shame often lives at the threshold, not in the desire itself. The good-girl part of you does not need to be fought. She needs to be thanked. She was trying to keep you safe. And a sexual block is often an intimacy block: a fear of being seen while being wanted. So perhaps the question is not, “What am I secretly enjoying?” Perhaps the more compassionate question is: “What have I made forbidden—and who did I have to become to keep it that way?” There is likely a threshold you already know. It may have arrived in the first moments of listening to this. The place you avoided. The desire you dismissed. The door you walked past. Remember: you are an adult. You are allowed to explore. Day 9: Intimacy Polarity Trust Flexible Communication Integration

Summary In this concluding transmission, Lilian explores intimacy as the deepest expression of the union between masculine and feminine energies. She explains that true intimacy begins where performance ends—where two people meet each other with authenticity, presence, and vulnerability. Polarity is described as the dynamic exchange between complementary energies, creating vitality and connection through the fluid dance of leading and receiving, holding and softening. At the heart of intimacy is safety and trust. The feminine naturally opens, feels, and surrenders when there is confidence in the grounded presence of the masculine, while the masculine’s role is not to control or perform but to offer steady, undivided attention. Likewise, the feminine’s invitation is to express genuine feelings, sensations, and desires without self-editing or performing for acceptance. Lilian also acknowledges that intimacy often awakens unresolved wounds. A wounded masculine may become controlling, emotionally absent, or focused on performance, while a wounded feminine may disconnect from her body, suppress her truth, or perform pleasure to maintain connection. These are not conscious choices but protective responses shaped by past experiences. Rather than assigning fixed roles, she encourages fluidity and mutual responsiveness, allowing both partners to move naturally between initiating, receiving, leading, and surrendering according to the needs of the moment. She also reminds listeners that intimacy is cultivated long before physical closeness, with honest communication, attentive listening, and emotional presence creating the foundation for deeper connection. The series concludes by reinforcing that healing, polarity, and intimacy are lifelong practices rather than destinations. Each transmission offers a doorway into greater self-awareness, inviting listeners to revisit the teachings as they continue cultivating inner harmony, conscious relationships, and authentic intimacy.
