She attended Emory University and received her MBA from Regis University. After entering the high tech space in 1993, she spent the following 20 years in sales and business development roles within organizations that ranged from multi billion dollar to start ups. He has worked as a sports writer, sports editor and news editor for several newspapers/news websites. He has won over a dozen awards for his articles, through the Georgia Sports Writers Association and Georgia Press Association.
