In the Trenches Together: God’s Faithfulness Through Ongoing Struggles

Welcome To the Table. Join me this week as I welcome my friend, Renae Lemen, to sit down with me and share some of her story. In this episode, Renae shares her journey through life's hard seasons, highlighting God's faithfulness and the importance of community, prayer, and remembering the “God moments” in our everyday lives. Regardless of the season you’re in, I pray this episode encourages you to look for the God moments in your day and know that even if you don’t see or feel him, he goes before you🤍     Show Notes 🗒️  Worship Gathering Series: https://youtu.be/a-nRINV55Fs    1 Thessalonians 5:17 - Pray without ceasing.    Philippians 4:7 - And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.     FFAN: https://www.facebook.com/share/195W2Ec1iN/     Revelations 5:6-8 - And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who was seated on the throne. And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.    Want to find the resources shared here and help support the ministry of the podcast? In the Trenches Together: God's Faithfulness in Seasons of Betrayal & Restoration

Welcome To the Table. This week, I’m sitting down with my friend Morgan to talk about a painful season in her life. Morgan graciously shares her experience of broken trust and the overwhelming heaviness that followed. However, as you’ll soon hear, her story does not end in brokenness. She shares the very real, often messy journey of healing, and how the Lord faithfully stepped into her pain and met her there. The story is such a sweet reminder that the Father gently walks alongside us to restore our souls and rebuild what was broken. 🤍       Show Notes 🗒️  John 10:28-29 – I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.  Matthew 18:20 - For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.  2 Timothy 1:7 - for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.  Worthy by The Daily Grace Co - https://a.co/d/0ho7c2Rb   Want to find the resources shared here and help support the ministry of the podcast? In the Trenches Together: God’s Faithfulness in Grief & Loss

Welcome To the Table. This week, I am so honored to have one of my dear friends and former college roommates, Sara Tate Boyd, join me. Sara shares about navigating a season of tremendous loss, sharing the reality of her grief and the steadfast faithfulness of the Lord in it.   When we are in the trenches, it is so easy to isolate ourselves. But Sara encourages us to stay tethered to God's Word, persist in prayer, and allow community to carry you. We never truly know when we will need others to lift us up, and her story is a reminder to lean heavily into the people God has intentionally placed around you.   Whether you are walking through your own season of heavy loss or supporting someone who is, I pray this conversation brings you comfort and hope. In the Trenches Together: God’s Faithfulness in the Weight of Anxiety

Welcome To the Table. This week, I’m sitting down with my dear friend Ashley Lawrence to talk about how the Lord gently walked her through a deeply difficult season. We’re diving into the heavy weight of anxiety, the Holy Spirit’s conviction, and the very real struggle of being a mama trying to control the uncontrollable. Honestly, this uninterrupted time together feels just like you're joining our weekly Marco Polo chats. Whatever you’re walking through right now, I hope this conversation encourages you. Pull up a chair and join us! ☕   Show Notes 🗒️  Romans 5:3 - Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.  Grace in Chaos by Daily Grace Co. - https://thedailygraceco.com/collections/all-bible-studies/products/motherhood-study   Psalms 84:10-11 - For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.  Psalms 27: 4 - One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.  Worry Free Parent by Sissy Goff - https://a.co/d/0cRPEdLd   Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.  Want to find the resources shared here and help support the ministry of the podcast?
