It is indeed true that the UFO picture made famous from its being featured in the mid / late 90s sci-fi drama, The XFiles featuring David Duchovny as Agent Molder, is indeed a picture that was originally taken in Switzerland by Albert Billy Meier. There are many such pictures Billy has taken, though he claims many have been stolen and that he actually had to purchase many of them back. Nevertheless, if you see pictures with perfect UFOs and forest scenes behind them, you’re probably looking at Billy’s pictures. Billy is still with us in Switzerland and is currently 87 years old. There have been 25 assassination attempts on his life, and the many bullet holes one may see around his property testify to the fact that there are many powerful entities who do not want Billy’s information out there. Billy has aged since the mid 70s. 1975 is when the first UFO pictures were taken and enthusiasts such as Audrey Hepburn, Wendell Stephens and other journalists went to Swtizerland to soak up the teachings and see about de-bunking or authenticating the contact material that Billy was producing. Indeed, Billy had been visited by the Plejaren (his word, and indeed, their designation for what we might otherwise call Pleiadians) since he was quite young. Contacts go back to 1953 or so. This all correlates with the Post-Nuclear / Cold War era of the 50s as being the time when the United States was similarly inundated with extraterrestrial contacts as we can think back on Valiant Thor from Venus, as well as the abductors of Benny and Betty Hill from Zeta Reticuli. Gene Rodenberry’s contact with the mysterious 9 also takes place during the 25 years or so between the mid 50s era of Buck Rodgers and the Early 1980s era of both Star Trek and Star Wars. Indeed, Rodenberry acknowledges that his idea for Star Trek came from his contact with the 9, and the Ra Material (which we are about to get into) suggests that Star Wars could be seen as a fairy tale of sorts for how some of our Galactic History actually looked. The important or salient point is that extraterrestrials who are of the Confederation or the Federation (to use a Star Trek term) do not violate our free will. They can impulse us or perhaps offer us the opportunity to have a grand vision or a new idea that could be beneficial to our soul’s evolution or to humanity in general as we try to evolve into a more harmonious social memory complex; but, the important fact is that we are free to listen and apply or just to let it go like so much garbage. By the early 80s, rumors about animal mutilations in the American Southwest have already prompted journalist Linda Moulton Howe to create her documentary, a Strange Harvest. Harvard psychologist John Mack has begun to hear stories and accounts of credible people telling incredible stories of alien abduction, implantation of sperm and removal of young fetuses from young pregnant women. People like Whitney Strieber even report seeing their Human / Gray alien hybrid offspring. With all this in mind, the Ra Material also comes out from 1980 to 1982 over 109 contacts between L & L research and the 6th density social memory complex originally from the planet Venus that is known as Ra. The group of L & L research is a group of three people and a cat, Gandalf. They use Carla as the scribe while Jim writes down everything. It seems like former physics professor and professional pilot Don Elkins (right) and Carla Ruekert began first, and then Jim McCarty got in touch with them around 78 and then in 1980 they began to meditate and to channel Ra. Ra took care of Carla’s comfort while she was in a trance state and made sure that the candles as well as the Bible and the incense were all positioned perfectly to give Carla the pleasant feeling of being immersed in the sacred as she went into trance and the Ra group began to speak through her mental /physical complex. What Ra said was that Ra is a group of souls that began on Venus billions of years ago and evolved, and eventually left Venus to explore and assist other civilizations around the galaxy. 75,000 years ago is when our current evolution as a 3rd-density (self-aware) human species began. Can you tell me the history, hitting only the points of development, shall I say, that occurred within this 75,000 years, any particular times or points where the attempts were made to increase the development of this third density? The next attempt was approximately five eight oh oh oh, fifty-eight thousand [58,000] of your years ago, continuing for a long period in your measurement, with those of Mu as you call this race or mind/body/spirit social complex. The next attempt was long in coming and occurred approximately thirteen thousand [13,000] of your years ago when some intelligent information was offered to those of Atlantis, this being of the same type of healing and crystal working of which we have spoken previously. The next attempt was one one oh oh oh, eleven thousand [11,000], of your years ago. These are approximations as we are not totally able to process your space/time continuum measurement system. This was in what you call Egypt and of this we have also spoken. The same beings which came with us returned approximately three five oh oh [3,500] years later in order to attempt to aid the South American mind/body/spirit social complex once again. However, the pyramids of those so-called cities were not to be used in the appropriate fashion.Therefore, this was not pursued further. There was a landing approximately three oh oh oh, three thousand [3,000], of your years ago also in your South America, as you call it. There were a few attempts to aid your peoples approximately two three oh oh [2,300] years ago, this in the area of Egypt. The remaining part of the cycle, we have never been gone from your fifth dimension and have been working in this last minor cycle to prepare for harvest. 16.13 Questioner: Well, the Confederation established its quarantine I understand seventy-five thousand years ago. Has the Orion group been attempting to contact any part of this planet prior to that or… did they… how long have they been attempting [inaudible] contacting this planet? Ra: I am Ra. Approximately two six oh oh, two thousand six hundred [2,600]*, years ago the group sent an entity of social memory complex to this planetary sphere. This effort met with some success but was in the space/time continuum lessened in impact. Since approximately two three oh oh, two thousand three hundred [2,300]*, years ago in your measurement this group has constantly been working upon the harvest just as the Confederation.* Ra corrected these dates in session 17. They should be 3,600 and 3,300 years ago, respectively. 89.8 Questioner: How many of our years ago was Ra’s third density ended? Ra: I am Ra. The calculations necessary for establishing this point are difficult since so much of what you call time is taken up before and after third density as you see the progress of time from your vantage point. We may say in general that the time of our enjoyment of the choice-making was approximately 2.6 million of your sun-years in your past. However— we correct this instrument. Your term is billion, 2.6 billion of your years in your past. However, this time, as you call it, is not meaningful for our intervening space/time has been experienced in a manner quite unlike your third-density experience of space/time. Third density is where we decide if we are to unite under the banner of service to others, or if we are to fracture into a conqueror and conquered pyramid of conquest and servitude as some renegade planets and civilizations have seemingly done in this galaxy. Ra explains that while we haven’t decided, our free will can be violated by those of a negative orientation towards to service to self in order to pull our planet over to service to self, which is bondage and servitude of others. Ra goes on to tell us that they intended to use the pyramid shape to offer our planet’s civilizations a chance to evolve like they did. It looks like, however, the kings and queens decided that instead, these pyramids would be reserved for royalty. Our planet sadly sank into an unconscious worship of power as the Israelites chose the golden calf and power and after World War 2, it seems the United States chose power and secrecy over transparency and peace. Unfortunately, it seems neither the United States or the ancient Israelites acted entirely alone. Ra suggests themselves and a separate group of benign extraterrestrials assisted humanity in Egypt and South America, respectively, after the catastrophe destroyed Atlantis. This separate group has been called Quetzlcoatl. One key unexpected aspect of Ra’s teaching is that the entity we know as Yahweh from the Old Testament was 1) of the Confederation - but more or less made some mistakes in trying to help us - and 2) took souls from Mars and brought them to Earth when he made Adam and Eve or Adama or the Adamu. It seems this entity could also be called Enki or Poseidon while his brother would be Enlil, Yu or Zeus. That these Annunaki princes would diagree and that Enki’s son Marduk would defect and rebel against Enki was not expected. These Annunaki stories are simply left to us without a clear way to connect them to either the Old Testament or this ancient extraterrestrial story.
