Julie Renee - Life Coach l Trauma Surviver l Single Mom

Julie Renee is a Whole-Life Organizing Coach and the founder of Life Reassembled, where she helps women rebuild their lives after trauma with structure, clarity, and faith-led direction. After surviving an abusive relationship, Julie was forced to rebuild herself while inside the relationship in order to keep her sanity and stay alive. What came out of that process became the foundation of her work: a step-by-step approach to reconstructing identity, stabilizing the mind and body, and creating a life that is no longer driven by fear, confusion, or survival mode. Through her podcast, programs, and coaching, Julie guides women through the process of reassembling their lives—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually—so they can move from instability into steady, grounded living. Her work combines practical structure with deep inner work, helping women clear mental and emotional overwhelm, rebuild identity, establish boundaries, and create sustainable routines that support their everyday life—not temporary motivation.     How Do We Re-assemble Our Identity: Who Are We Without the Trauma?

    In today’s episode of Life Re-assembled, we go over the different identities that I experienced throughout the years in various seasons of my life. Expressing how much I lacked discernment in my former life and how that destroyed everything that God had given me. My hope by sharing how imperative our identity is- is that you do not make similar mistakes that I did.     Re-assembling Our Safety: Why We Have to Heal Before We Grow
