It's ticking, and each and everyone of us will eventually have an ending time. Know that nothing is hard for Allah. Know that He can do anything!     You don't have to be perfect.. to move forward!

    Whether it's work, people, hobbies, or even your relationship with Allah.. when we fall into self disappointment, we tend to shut everything down. We isolate ourselves, stay in bed, and feel unable to move forward. But what if, after you sin or make a mistake, what you need isn't more shame? What if all that's needed is to inwardly forgive yourself, show yourself compassion, and have the courage to keep showing up despite the heaviness within?

    Deeper reflection for the previous ep! Know that the heaviness you're feeling in worship may not be proof that Allah is far from you. It may simply be the discomfort of a heart returning to Him, while Shaytaan whispers that the struggle you're having in ibadah in this moment means you're failing... Continue the worship, continue the good actions even if it's difficult, do not let the shaydaan win!

    "Its so hard to reconnect back with Allah after I stepped away"

    Ever feel like your heart is just weirdly off when you're trying to reconnect with Allah after being away? Maybe all it requires is for us to just try our best in doing the khair actions instead of inwardly managing "what is going wrong". Maybe doing your dhikir even if it feels off is the answer instead of knitpicking "why doesn't my dhikir feel meaningful right now" Maybe that weird feeling is just temporary. Maybe the Ibadah feels heavy because you're just in the stage of returning.     Even After What You Did | Don't let the sin hold you down

    To the one sitting after a sin, feeling ashamed and heavy inside… Feeling distant from Allah. Feeling weak. Feeling empty. Feeling like you’ve let yourself down again. Here is a message for you: Don’t let this moment make you think you are far from Allah’s mercy. That sadness you feel is not nothing, it is a sign that your heart still knows right from wrong. Turn back to Him, even in this state of impurity. Allah is not waiting for you to be perfect.. He never was! He is calling you to return back to Him.

    Islamic Coping Without Self-Destruction | Finding Yourself the Healthy Way

    We are often programmed to turn to distractions and unhealthy coping mechanisms to heal our hearts and minds during times of weakness. In the moments we truly need to turn to Allah SWT, we are taught to seek relief from everyone and everything but Him. In this episode, I share 5 practical steps that can help you find inner peace, reconnect with Allah swt, seek His guidance and support, and avoid losing yourself to the habits you usually fall back into when those emotions and states arise. May Allah swt accept this and allow benefit to reach you through it. Remember, you are human, and it’s okay to make mistakes.. that does not mean it’s over. That habit you keep falling into? You are more than capable of leaving it behind. I know it can feel disappointing, and I know you may often feel discouraged, but I am proud of you for continuing to try. May Allah make it easy for you, keep you grounded, and protect you from losing yourself again. Allahumma Ameen
