EP 4: When You Struggle to Face Allah swt and Yourself After Sinning | Keep Allah in the loop

Regret and shame are universal feelings that many of us Muslims experience, whether it’s because of a sin we’ve committed or bad habits that continue to hold us back. This episode is dedicated to those who find it difficult to get back on track with themselves and Allah (SWT) after committing a sin, or who are trying to stand back up and try again after experiencing disappointment, shame and a sense of wanting to give up. In this episode, I help you visualize what it looks like to connect and talk to Allah in two different scenarios; how healing can come from that, and how your able to move forward in a time where it feels so difficult.

EP 2: When your facing uncertainy | Keep Allah in the loop

Sometimes we get so caught up in planning and trying to nitpick at how things will fall into place that we fall into exhaustion, sadness, and even some tears/depression when we cannot figure things out. It was NEVER our responsibility to know every step of our qadar and to know how to get out of hardships. Sometimes merely its talking to Allah, making dua and leaving it in His hands is when change starts to happen. Its not that you need to plan, plan, plan; but really leave it in His hands! This episode speaks about uncertainty, what it is, and how connecting to Allah in this state makes a change + hope and motivation near the end. May Allah swt ease your mind in this demanding chapter of your life Much love - Samona

Trailer: Bring that emotion to Allah | Keeping Allah in the loop

We tend to go through different emotions and different states of being on a daily basis. No day will always be the same. But some days are definitely more challenging than others. In this season, I’ll be speaking about certain emotions that many of us universally experience and how we can use these emotions as an opportunity to connect ourselves back to Allah SWT, so we don’t have to go through them alone. We can learn to turn to Allah, seek support, and find the help we need when we need it most. 5 upcoming episodes; dropping every Wednesday, InshaAllah. Stay tuned!!

stop thinking you can't be a good Muslim!

You wouldn't be given the gift of Islam if you were not capable. Sometimes we have so many negative beliefs embedded within us, and whsipers of the Shaytan that hold us back and the fear of "what other people will think" if we were to change.. but know that none of that has power over you.. even yourself. With Allah swt; You are CAPABLE. and You CAN do it! a life with Him? Is a beautiful life and that is worth chasing

When you feel defeated.. remember Allah has the capability

Few verses from Surah Yasin that sparked a reflection We forget Allah is capable and at times we forget the true purpose of our time here in this dunya. It's ticking, and each and everyone of us will eventually have an ending time. Know that nothing is hard for Allah. Know that He can do anything! Call out to Him, remembering these reflections from Surah Yasin 3
