    🎙️ Season 2, Episode 19– Cassidy is joined by former coworker, L&D nurse, and human GoldenDoodle, Karla aka “Karlita,” for an episode full of nurse-chat, motherhood, trauma-informed care, and just the right amount of neuro-spicy chaos. Before labor & delivery, Karla worked in pediatric med-surg and mental health, and the girls talk about how that experience shaped the way she connects so deeply with patients — especially the ones who are guarded, anxious, or carrying past trauma. They also get into family life, motherhood, and the personal experiences that gave Karla a level of empathy that can’t be taught in nursing school. And naturally, Cassidy and Karla also discuss ADHD, emotional support coworkers, and the fact that Cassidy basically spent months gently bullying Karla into realizing she has raging ADHD. It’s heartfelt, funny, slightly unhinged, and very nurse-coded.
