    In this episode of Faith in the valley, Melinda and George remind us that our relationship with Jesus Christ is not the church’s responsibility, but rather we are the church! It’s our responsibility to be intimately and daily in God‘s word seeking His face and learning His truth so that we can go out as the Church, empowered to do the assignment that Christ has called us to for such a time as this. Be encouraged.  Know that God sees you. Know that He loves you so much that Christ gave His life for you and that following Him will be the greatest adventure of your life! It’s never too late and we bless you to begin your deeper walk with Jesus today.

    Faith in the Valley Baptism - Episode 39

    We humbly welcome each of you to join us as we celebrate Faith in the Valley’s first baptism!! It’s hard to capture in words what this day meant to me. Not only did I get to baptize a dear friend and one of our podcast guests, Molly, but then my two sons asked my husband and I to baptize them in the river as well, both professing that they too have chosen to make Christ their own. I pray this segment of the event blesses you to also experience the purity, beauty and truth that we all felt that day, what only Jesus could provide. Matthew 28:19  Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. We are all called.

    This episode is packed with gems of wisdom from Holy Spirit to encourage you and remind you that you are victorious in Christ always! What would appear to be a casual conversation goes from one Kingdom promise to another from our very intentional and loving, Heavenly Father. This Father’s Day remember that you are a child of the most high God, and because of the blood of Christ, you have been called a co-air with Him to the throne of heaven! Jesus calls you holy and righteous and redeemed by HIS blood. And it’s not just for the next life… It’s for this life! It’s for today! God has plans and blessings for you to live out this very day! Be intentional! Rehearse your victory through every trial, knowing that you are praying and living FROM Victory!! You are not begging for victory. You are not a beggar! You are the bride of Christ, according to His good word. Hallelujah!!! Get back to spending time with Him. Hear His voice and obey His commands. Read His Word, out loud, daily, and remind yourself and the devil exactly who your God is and what HE has promised you.
