    High Performance Hot Takes

    The nuance between discipline and hustle culture matters—it's possible to be ambitious and restful, structured and spontaneous when we understand that God designed our personalities for specific purposes. • Waking up early only makes sense if you're getting 8-9 hours of sleep • Working longer hours should only be justified if you're getting high focus output • If you cannot do something forever, don't do it for a day—consistency matters more than intensity • Breaks are critical for both productivity and spiritual growth • Learning and honing skills is more important than busy work • God's design for you is aligned with His purpose for you • Pay attention to what traits get strengthened as you grow closer to Christ • Christianity and being a follower of God often look different than what we initially expect • The Lord wants His daughters in order—prepared and disciplined while also resting and trusting If you enjoyed this episode, please rate and review the show.
