    In this episode of Inside the Agency, I’m joined by Ross Brown, founder of FlexOps, to talk about one of the biggest challenges agency owners face as they grow: becoming the bottleneck in their own agency. An agency can have more clients, more people and more demand, yet still rely heavily on the founder for delivery decisions, client relationships, approvals and day-to-day problem solving.
