    Living with a rare cancer means being part of a small but powerful community. For Michelle, one of the most amazing things has been a Facebook group where people all around the world share what treatments work, what doesn’t, and how to live their best lives. But with that support comes the hardest part: the death notices. They appear weekly—sometimes daily—and it’s heartbreaking to lose people she’s grown close to.
