After this short intro, he transitions into talking about the trade request made by Terry McLaurin of the Washington Commanders (0:36) and later also covers the trade request of high profile superstar DE Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys (2:16). Next up Quinton recaps key moments that happened during the NFL Hall of Fame Enshrinement and Induction (5:36). After this he transitions into talking about the key contract extensions of Luka Doncic (8:56) and De’Aaron Fox (10:17). During this he mentions the role that each star brings to their respective teams along with making the bold prediction that the Spurs with the extension of De’Aaron Fox, are now playoff contenders. Lastly Quinton mentions how he expects to have a co-host for his next episode along with talking about how he views this solo hosting episode as both a test and an experiment (11:30). Once he finishes his mini yap session, he covers the last topic of the episode where he gives his opinion on the college football top 25 coaches poll. Within this last topic he gives his hot take that Clemson is overrated and that Oregon should be over them in the rankings.

Next up they discuss and breakdown the recent trades the Steelers have been in (3:07). Then they transition into talking about the new upcoming rookies and the excitement surrounding them (10:52) and later Quinton enters his reoccurring spiel about how the Steelers should have kept Justin Fields instead of releasing him (11:56). Lastly Quinton and Ben give both a overall outlook and a record prediction for the upcoming Steelers season (18:20), while they finish the episode with a mini argument over if the Bengals actually played the Broncos during last year's NFL season (28:52).

Next up, they discuss and breakdown the main fight of UFC Nashville Derrick Lewis vs. Tallison Teixeira (16:44), while also pointing out how the odds are heavily counting out both Derrick Lewis and Stephen Thompson (17:42). Then Joseph gives Quinton a detailed breakdown of the history of the BMF belt (18:01) and later they discuss and preview the UFC 318 card while giving some predictions as well (19:51).
