🎙️ ONOR Podcast | In Conversation with Terri Batch

Culture. Connection. Opportunity. What does it take to lead, communicate, and build relationships across cultures in an increasingly interconnected world? In this conversation, Terri Batch, President & CEO of Global LA, brings a unique perspective shaped by her career in international business, her experience with the U.S. Commercial Service, and her work today positioning Los Angeles as a destination for global investment and international partnerships. During the ONOR Podcast, Terri shares how cultural differences can become strengths rather than barriers, why understanding different perspectives matters in business and leadership, and how curiosity, communication, and cultural awareness help us build stronger relationships across borders. As a mother of two daughters, Terri also brings a personal perspective to the conversation about education and the skills young people will need to navigate a world where their classrooms, workplaces, and communities are increasingly global. She strongly believes our differences should not divide us. They should complement one another, broaden the way we think, and help us learn how to work together, a belief deeply aligned with ONOR’s own commitment to cross cultural understanding and connection. A beautiful discussion about global leadership, cross cultural understanding, education, and preparing the next generation to engage confidently with the world. 🎤 Hosted by: Madalina Lavinia Preda Thank you to our amazing partners: @waldorfbevhills @wearegreenpointsmanagement @aquacarpatica.usa @dianasflowers @coldeaproductions
