From Graves to Recovery with Dr. Tricia Pingel and Dr. Eric Osansky

Welcome back to What Am I Modeling! Today I'm joined by Dr. Eric Osansky, a chiropractor turned thyroid health expert who reversed his own "incurable" diagnosis — and is on a mission to make sure you know you have options too. In this eye-opening conversation, we explore: ✨ What conventional medicine gets wrong about autoimmune thyroid conditions ✨ Why "it's genetic, there's nothing you can do" is more excuse than fact ✨ The real connection between stress, cortisol, and thyroid antibodies ✨ Natural options for Graves' disease and hyperthyroidism most doctors never mention ✨ Why treating the thyroid level isn't the same as treating the autoimmunity ✨ The mindset shift that matters as much as the protocol ✨ How to find hope without falling into "perfect diet or nothing" thinking Dr. Eric Osansky was a practicing chiropractor when he was diagnosed with Graves' disease in 2008. Rather than accept thyroid surgery, radioactive iodine, or a lifetime of medication as his only path, he pursued a functional medicine approach — and has been in remission since 2009. He's since written three books on thyroid health and hosts the Save My Thyroid podcast, helping thousands navigate hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's, and Graves' disease naturally. Whether you've just been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, you've been told there's "nothing you can do" about your autoimmunity, or you're simply tired of managing symptoms instead of addressing the root cause, this conversation offers real hope — and real next steps.
