    Episode 42: Racing Louisville Preview

    In what may be the shortest Swan Dive episode ever, Andy, Courtney and Greg are back (spoiler alert, they never actually left) to give a quick preview on the Legacy's final home game of the season, the rematch against Racing Louisville FC. No opposition guest this week so our friend RNG made their prediction.     Episode 41: Thorns Recap and Q and A

    Well, there's a first time for everything and this week, the Swan Dive had its first emergency recording session. We recorded a whole podcast (and then some) and then the news about the Legacy signing Gift Monday dropped and we just couldn't let that sit there un-discussed until the next time we recorded. The main purpose of this episode, however, was to recap the incredible road win against the Thorns and to answer your burning questions in another one of our Q and A sessions and thats exactly what we did. We were joined once again by Greg from the Boston Dream. Greg sat down with us during the World Cup break to tell us all about the Boston Dream organization (episode 26) and he is back to talk all things Legacy v Thorns. Andy and Courtney then tackled your hard hitting questions in another Q and A session. Thanks to everyone who submitted questions, we really enjoy getting to answer them and will continue to do so both in our regular episodes and in these special sessions. No predictions this week as the league is on an international break but no one scored any points this past week and the standings remain the same.     Episode 40: Seattle Reign Recap/Portland Thorns Preview

    Well, Legacy fans, the team played in a match against the Seattle Reign last weekend and that's all there really is to say about it. Jokes aside, it was a rough one, but we have a job to do here so Andy, Courtney and Liz got together to give a few thoughts on the team's 2-0 loss against Seattle. The Legacy are headed back to the west coast this weekend to take on the Portland Thorns and we were once again joined by Andy's friend Alex to get their thoughts on the upcoming match. If you recall, last time the Legacy played Portland, the Thorns scored three goals in like 10 minutes so here's to hoping that is part of history that does not repeat itself. Predictions!     Episode 39: Dash Recap/Seattle Reign Preview

    Well, the Legacy's mini win streak came to an end over the weekend as they suffered a 2-1 loss to Houston on a rainy day in Pawtucket. Andy and Courtney were joined by first time guest Maddi to discuss this hard fought match against the Dash. Then, the team was joined once again by Van from The Cooler Guild podcast (Hi Coop, we missed you!) to preview this week's fixture against the Seattle Reign. Van gave an update on how the Reign's season has gone since the teams last met (as well as an update about the Etsy Witch situation) and we all gave our predictions for the upcoming match.     Episode 38: Spirit Recap/Houston Dash Preview

    Legacy fans, we are coming off a HUGE win against the Spirit this past weekend and we couldnt wait to dive (pun intended) right into it. ICYMI, the Swan Dive team took a little field trip to catch the big game down in DC and it was a great time (check out IG for pics!). Andy and Courtney were joined this week by returning guest Dave (and no I do not know how many episodes this makes but he is still in 1st place). The team broke down the big win and for maybe the first time ever, had almost only positive things to say about what was an outstanding performance by the Legacy. For our Houston Dash preview we were joined by Manny from Bayou City Soccer. Its been six full months since the Legacy last played the Dash and neither lineup really looks the same. Manny shared a little about we can expect as well as some thoughts about the recent departure of both the Dash's head coach and technical director. As always we round this one out with out prediction game.     Episode 37: Utah Recap/Spirit Preview

    Woohoo Swan Dive listeners, the Legacy stopped their string of highly questionable, not great games with a huge 2-1 win against Utah Royals on the road and we were so excited to talk about it. The long weekend got the better of us planning wise so we had no Legacy guest this week so we had a rare Swan Dive moment where Andy and Courtney had a nice little one on one chat about all the action. After that, they were joined by Annie from Hey Spirits to catch up with what has been happening with the Washington Spirit and discuss this weekend's upcoming match. As always we ended with our prediction game (and got Liz to give her a prediction for the Legacy seat). Standing remain unchanged after the Utah match.     Episode 36: Angel City Recap/Utah Royals Preview

    Legacy fans, it was another tough one as the team fell 5-2 against Angel City Monday night. While we are going to share our thoughts as always, we also had a bit of fun as we were joined by a special guest in our Legacy fan seat. If you have ever been to a Legacy game, you have heard her voice announcing players and Legacy goals among other fun things. That's right, in our third seat we were joined by Boston Legacy Public Address announcer Ava J! Ava shared a little bit about her background and how she got involved with the Legacy as well as some of the prep that goes into what she does and favorite moments on the mic! As a Legacy fan herself, she gave her thoughts on the recent Legacy match and the upcoming fixture against the Utah Royals as well. Also joining us for the Utah Royals preview was Sean from the Royal Riot podcast (if you happen to listen to this week's Royal Riot podcast, you might hear some familiar voices)! Sean filled us in on everything Utah related since we last chatted all the way back before the Legacy's third ever match and gave us his thoughts on how the upcoming match might play out.     Episode 35: NC Courage Recap/Angel City Preview

    It's that time again, The Swan Dive team is back to talk all things Boston Legacy. Andy and Courtney are joined by second time guest Jack to discuss last week's unfortunate and disappointing loss to the North Carolina Courage. The Legacy also gave us some news to discuss this week with the acquisition of midfielder Sarah Schupansky from Gotham FC (which I think technically happened last week but its fine) as well as some news on White Stadium and where exactly the Legacy will be playing in 2027. Then, on another episode of "Courtney makes her friends come on the podcast" we were joined by Angel City fan Karen to finally meet our last new opponent of the season. Karen shared some great info about Angel City; the team and the fans, and as always we rounded out the episode with our predictions.
