2026 FALL MUSTER: Blood, Soil, and Faith by Cody Justice

What does it mean to be an American? Is it a question of blood, and if so, how? What about Blacks and other minorities: are they Americans? Did the founders and other Americans before or after them address this question? What is the relationship of man and soil? How significant is soil? What about faith—what is its relation to blood and soil? Are the three friends or foes, and why? Lastly, if we affirm blood and soil, are we Nazis or something else? Cody Justice raises and definitively answers all such questions in this speech, in what he regards as an act of service to his nation. This speech was given at the FALL 2026 MUSTER hosted by American Mantle, a time of songs, speeches, food, and fellowship with a focus upon energy, camaraderie, and inspiration, especially concerning political matters. What is political oratory, and who is the political orator? How shall we know him? What are the parts of political oratory, and how significant is it? Do we even have proper political orators today? Is oratory distinct from preaching or commentary? How can we practically recover this lost art? Pastor Michael Spangler handles all these and more questions in this speech, Political Oratory. This speech was given at the FALL 2026 MUSTER hosted by American Mantle, a time of songs, speeches, food, and fellowship with a focus upon energy, camaraderie, and inspiration, especially concerning political matters.
