    Sweet & Sour - part 2

From the magical moments of a first word, first step, and first tooth - to the full-blown meltdowns in the cereal aisle - parenting really is the sweetest and sourest journey. 🍯🍋 One minute you’re melting over a baby giggle, and the next you’re negotiating with a toddler who refuses to wear pants. Somewhere between diapers, tantrums, and tiny victories, you realize this little human is teaching you as much as you’re teaching them. In this two part episode, we’re talking all about those wild early years - the highs, lows, and the laugh-so-you-don’t-cry moments: 🍼 First milestones - first words, first steps, and all the “look what they did!” moments 💩 Diaper disasters - the ones that make you question your life choices (and your sense of smell) 😤 Tantrums - why they happen, how we try to handle them, and why sometimes it’s okay to walk away and breathe 🧸 Sleep (or lack thereof) - the late-night rocking, the false alarms, and the bedtime battles 🍽️ Feeding struggles - purées, picky eaters, and the constant quest for one peaceful mealtime 🧠 Big feelings in tiny bodies - teaching patience when you’re running out of your own 💛 Finding joy in the chaos - because even in the messiest moments, there’s magic At the end of the day, parenting isn’t perfect - it’s real. It’s sweet, it’s sour, and it’s everything in between. So grab a coffee (or something stronger) and join us as we laugh, vent, and celebrate the chaos together. 🙌 👉 Watch both Part 1 and Part 2 for the full conversation, and share with another mum who can relate! 💬 We’d love to hear your stories too - comment below or send us a DM! 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@UnfilteredMumiverse?sub_confirmation=1 and hit the bell so you never miss an episode. 📲 Follow us: https://www.instagram.com/unfilteredmumiverse https://www.tiktok.com/@unfilteredmums https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61578247024900 https://open.spotify.com/show/0b23Y6fG8wQhmNTvsBsIRB https://podcasts.apple.com/de/podcast/we-are-mumiverse/id1829937566?i=1000719774947

Shining a light - with Kendall Concini - Moore

This episode is a big milestone for Unfiltered Mumiverse - for the very first time, we’re welcoming a guest into the Mumiverse 💫 We’re joined by Kendall Concini-Moore - mum, author of “Mom’s Cloud and the Beach Adventure”, and passionate mental health advocate - for a raw, heartfelt, and deeply important conversation about motherhood, mental health, and learning to show up as you are. Kendall opens up about her experience with depression, the shame and judgment that can come with it, and what helped her find the courage to speak openly. We talk about preparing for postpartum mental health challenges, what real “balance” looks like when you’re a mum, partner, and creative, and why mental health conversations still feel so hard - especially for mothers. We also dive into the powerful message behind Kendall’s book: that we don’t need to be “fixed” to belong, and that it’s truly okay to not be okay. From cloudy days to self-care, advocacy, and what’s next in her journey, this episode is an honest reminder that none of us are alone. If this conversation resonates with you, please like, subscribe, and share - especially with another mum who might need this reminder today 🤍 📖 Kendall’s book: "Mom’s Cloud and the Beach Adventure" 📍 Find Kendall: https://www.instagram.com/cloudydaychronicles https://cloudydaychronicles.org 💬 We’d love to hear your stories too - comment below or send us a DM! 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@UnfilteredMumiverse?sub_confirmation=1 and hit the bell so you never miss an episode. 📲 Follow us: https://www.instagram.com/unfilteredmumiverse https://www.tiktok.com/@unfilteredmums https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61578247024900 https://open.spotify.com/show/0b23Y6fG8wQhmNTvsBsIRB https://podcasts.apple.com/de/podcast/we-are-mumiverse/id1829937566?i=1000719774947

    Let's talk Mental Health - part 2

In this special two-part episode, we open up about one of the most important - yet often unspoken - parts of motherhood: mental health. We dive deep into: 🌸 Postpartum depression and the hidden struggles many mums face 🌸 The shame, guilt, and judgment that keep us silent 🌸 Why reaching out to medical professionals matters 🌸 The courage it takes to say “I’m not okay” - and ask for help 🌸 Giving ourselves grace, space, and compassion 🌸 Reconnecting with what makes us happy and rediscovering our passions Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy, overwhelming, and at times incredibly isolating. This conversation is here to remind you: you are not alone.Whether you’re a new mum, seasoned parent, or simply someone who cares about mental health, we hope these honest conversations bring comfort, validation, and hope. 💛 👉 Watch both Part 1 and Part 2 for the full conversation, and share with a fellow parent who can relate! 💬 We’d love to hear your stories too — comment below or send us a DM! 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@UnfilteredMumiverse?sub_confirmation=1 and hit the bell so you never miss an episode. 📲 Follow us: https://www.instagram.com/unfilteredmumiverse https://www.tiktok.com/@unfilteredmums https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61578247024900 https://open.spotify.com/show/0b23Y6fG8wQhmNTvsBsIRB https://podcasts.apple.com/de/podcast/we-are-mumiverse/id1829937566?i=1000719774947
