    EP 7 - Norma sits down with Kelly - Twitch Star @Aqwa_gaymer on Grief, Gaming, Tattoos & Growing Up Fast

In this episode, Norma sits down with Kelly — aka Twitch streamer @Aqwa_gaymer, (now @its_aqwa_) — for a raw and honest conversation about grief, gaming, identity, tattoos and learning to live fully after loss. Kelly opens up about losing her older brother Jason Annear at a young age, how his death changed the trajectory of her life, and the difficult years that followed. She shares her views on grief, why she believes we need to keep talking about the people we’ve lost, and how Jason’s memory continues to shape the way she lives her life today. We also get to know Kelly beyond her grief — from coming out and learning to be unapologetically herself, to finding an escape, friendships and an entire community through online gaming and her Twitch channel, @its_aqwa_. And, of course, there are tattoos. Kelly shares the stories behind the pieces she has dedicated to Jason, including “I am because of who you were,” and how getting tattooed by Elsa at Black Wolf has become a pretty special part of her story.
