Dialogue 04 | The Dialogue That Changed Everything

A moment. A decision. A return to self. In this dialogue, I share the experience that changed everything for me. The moment where my inner dialogue became real, and where I began to understand that alignment is not something you think, but something you feel and live. On my 45th birthday, at Playa Kalki in Curaçao, I made a decision that changed the direction of my life. What began as an inner dialogue became something real, something I could no longer ignore. I share what it meant to let go of a version of myself I had carried for years, and how that moment led me into a deeper understanding of alignment, not as a concept, but as something that has to be lived and felt in the body. Through an unexpected experience, I began to see how much the body holds, and how real transformation happens when we include it in the process. This is the moment where everything shifted. And the beginning of something I never planned, but could feel. On May 9th, I will be hosting the first Coherent Dialogue Experience in collaboration with Noel Rea from The Stories by Rea. An intimate, curated experience where we slow down, step out of autopilot, and create space to meet ourselves again. Through honest dialogue, reflection, and presence, you are invited to reconnect with what is already there. A space where your inner world and outer life begin to speak the same language. If you feel the pull, you are welcome to take a seat at the table.

Dialogue 03 | The Audacity of Choosing Myself

In this Dialogue, I share what it truly meant for me to choose myself. Not as an idea, but as a lived decision. I take you into the moments where everything slowed down, where I created space to meet myself, and where I realized how often we move too quickly out of discomfort instead of staying long enough to hear what is actually there. This is a story about listening to your body, recognizing the signals, and having the audacity to choose yourself, even when it asks you to move differently, to set boundaries, and to let go of what no longer aligns. Because choosing yourself is not a one-time decision. It is something you live, every single day. And maybe this episode invites you to ask yourself: When was the last time you truly chose you? If this resonates with you, I want to invite you into a space where you don’t just think about this… but experience it. Dialogue 02 | When Success Becomes An Armor

When success becomes an armor What if the very thing that built your confidence quietly became your armor? In this episode, I explore the moment where achievement stops feeling like freedom and starts feeling like something you have to maintain, protect, and prove. From the outside, everything can look aligned, but inside, something begins to disconnect. This is a reflection on the hidden cost of performance, the pressure to keep going, and the realization that success can become a way to avoid meeting yourself. Because sometimes, the moment everything looks right… is the moment you realize something deeper no longer feels true. And that’s where the real dialogue begins. If this resonates with you, you’re invited to join me at THE REINVENTION DIALOGUE AT STORIES THE HAGUE on May 9, AND 30 OF MAY. An intimate space to slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself through honest dialogue and presence. Limited seats available.

Dialogue 01 | If Everything Falls Apart, Can you Still Be You.

What happens when everything you built falls apart? In this first episode of The Coherent Dialogue, I invite you into the question that changed my life: If everything falls apart, can I still be me? In this conversation, I explore identity beyond titles, purpose beyond profession, and what it truly means to walk in my calling. I share the moment I had to separate who I am from what I built, and how coherence became the foundation for everything I create now. Because I don’t chase butterflies. I build the garden. And I’ve learned that when one woman chooses to walk in her calling, the ripple reaches further than she can see. If you’ve ever tied your worth to your work, this episode will invite you back to your core. If this conversation resonates with you and you’re ready to experience it in person, there are two ways to take a seat at my table. FROM THE FEED TO THE TABLE If this resonates with you, take it from the feed to the table. Join The Coherent Dialogue, Live in Amsterdam.
