We tend to think that once we set an intention, everything should flow perfectly, but that is rarely the case. I’ve been there myself more times than I can count.     The demand for Latino Podcasts is Here! Lets look at the data - Ep. 35

    Send us Fan Mail I recorded this episode from my car while my daughter is in dance class. I have my microphone plugged into my phone and my laptop beside me. It is not a perfect studio setup, but it gets the job done. I mention this because it's easy to think you need the perfect environment or a massive budget to start a podcast. You don’t. All you really need is your story and the courage to share it. Lately, I have been thinking a lot about the power of representation. I know life feels fragile, especially with recent news, and that is exactly why I feel such a strong pull to encourage you to start now. We have a unique opportunity to build our own tables, invite the people we love to them, and say exactly what we need to say.     Send us Fan Mail Hayden’s death really shook me this week because we were so close in age; she was only 36, and I am 33, and it reminded me that life is so short and it doesn’t wait for us to be “ready.”  We spend so much time waiting for the perfect moment, to have more money, when the kids are older, but time and life keep moving forward!  The only guarantee in life is death! So start living now. Write the book, start the business, take the trip, start the podcast! Whatever's on your vision board, go for it!
