    When Should Teams Start to Think About Diversity in Clinical Trials?

    In Episode 3 Matt and Sheila take a detour from talking about Quality by design to discuss the paper they recently published in a special edition of the Journal of Clinical Therapeutics focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in clinical research. This discussion is an overview of the article, which makes the case for starting conversations about diversity as early as possible in the clinical development cycle. We also provide some additional insights into our own experiences and thoughts on this important topic.
