    Ep. 30| Live Day by Day: The One Commandment That Will Drop Your Stress by 50%

    You work 120 hours a week and make less than minimum wage. The more you work, the less money you make. The harder you push, the more people come to take what you've built. You're at your wits' end. And you're wondering: why do I even do this? If that's you right now, this episode is for you. In this short but powerful episode, Josiah Ryan gives straight-up encouragement to entrepreneurs who are in the trenches. The ones who are exhausted, frustrated, and wondering if any of this is worth it. And here's the first thing you need to hear: what you're feeling is normal. That's entrepreneurship 101. The lows feel never-ending. The highs are fleeting. And most of the time, you're grinding just to stay above water. But here's what you need to remember: You've been called to this. You're cut from a different cloth. God didn't make you to get a job. He made you to do what you're doing—even when it sucks. And there are three things you need to embrace if you're going to survive this: 1. You've been called to this—and God is already using you in ways you don't see yet. You have a fire in your heart. That's why you work 120 hours a week for less than minimum wage. That's why getting a job isn't an option. You're completely unemployable—and that's not a bad thing. That's how God made you. If you stay faithful to the mission, there's a promised land in store for you. It might not be in this life. But it's coming. 2. Jesus commanded you to live day by day—and if you embrace this, your stress will drop by 50%. Matthew 6: "Look at the birds. They don't worry about anything. They're fed. And who of you can add a single hair to your head by worrying? Worry about today and let tomorrow bring its own troubles." This isn't just a nice idea. It's an invitation to live a different way than the world. Are you doing the best you can TODAY? Not tomorrow. Not next quarter. Today. Sometimes doing your best is 30%. And that's okay. But stop trying to save reserves for tomorrow. Stop worrying about what's coming. Just show up today and do your best. 3. God is in control—but are you letting Him be in control? If you're stressed, exhausted, and forcing things that aren't working—maybe you're trying to grab the reins. Maybe you're trying to do things your way instead of God's way. Maybe God wants you to fire half your staff. Maybe He wants you to take a pay cut so you can build this thing in a cleaner direction. Maybe He's asking you to let go of the revenue goal you've been obsessing over. If you follow God—no matter the cost, no matter how crazy it sounds—He will set you up on the right path.     Ep. 28| Stop Calling People Your Rabbi—Jesus Said You Only Have One Teacher

    What if the mentors you're following are leading you straight into idolatry? What if the business advice you're taking—the manifestation practices, the fake money on your walls, the worship of wealth—is actually pulling you away from God? What if Jesus already warned you about this 2,000 years ago in Matthew 23—and you just didn't realize He was talking about your business mentors?
