She Rises with Rachel Clare

Rachel Rhien Tucker

A podcast for women who are ready to rise into their God-given identity, gifts, and purpose. You, friend, are incredible. You came to this earth with a divine identity and given unique and beautiful gifts, talents, and traits meant to bring you joy and help other people. Your personal mission may change during different seasons of your life. Your personal mission may focus completely on the home and family, or it may include other avenues of service or education or work. The key is to discover what it is that God sent you here to do, and then do it with faith that you'll receive the divine guidance that you'll need to be successful. But mortality is hard. It was meant to be that way. And the women who rise through difficulty or trial or illness or tragedy are leaders and examples to us all. At some point in each of our lives, we'll be there. We'll face those hard things. But with God, all things are possible, and Jesus Christ can help us rise through anything. This is a podcast about women, for women, that focuses on rising into who and what we were meant to become.

Ep. 028 - The Quest Inside the Question: How To Hear God's Voice With Jenedy Paige

What if your questions aren’t signs of weak faith… but invitations to a quest? In this dynamic and deeply moving episode of She Rises, Rachel sits down with artist, author, and American Ninja Warrior competitor Jenedy Paige to explore how God uses creativity, discipline, grief, and growth to shape who we are becoming. Jenedy shares the inspired realization she had at 17 years old when she saw the word "quest" hidden inside the word "question" — and how that perspective has shaped her faith ever since- because questions don’t mean we’re lost. They mean we’re being invited somewhere. Together, Rachel and Jenedy explore: -How journaling prepares the heart for prayer and revelation The “aerial view” that writing gives us in the middle of chaos -Why questions are spiritual invitations — not spiritual failures How art became both healing and ministry -- -The decade-long journey behind her sparrow painting (inspired by Matthew 10) -How God develops our gifts long before He platforms them What American Ninja Warrior taught her about endurance, strength, and rising -And how Jesus Christ transforms what once felt heavy into something that carries us forward While Jenedy shares tender pieces of her grief journey after the loss of her son, this episode ultimately centers on what happens next: how God rebuilds, how He strengthens, how He refines, and how He turns weight into power. You’ll walk away reminded that your questions are allowed, your gifts matter, this process isn't a waste, and your rising may look like Version 2.0 — stronger, deeper, more refined than before. If you’ve ever felt like you’re in the middle of becoming… this episode is for you. Ep. 026 - Be Still: Unlocking Personal Revelation in a Distracted World With Jesika Harmon

In a world that glorifies busy and rewards distraction, what if the most powerful thing a woman can do is be still? In this sacred and counter-cultural conversation, Rachel sits down with meditation coach and mother of five, Jesika Harmon, to explore the spiritual discipline of stillness — and why it may be the missing key to personal revelation, confident motherhood, and accessing the powers of heaven. Jesika shares her journey from feeling “not a natural mother” to discovering how daily meditation and mindfulness practices transformed her relationships, her emotional health, and her connection with God. Together, they unpack how prayer is the talking — but stillness is the listening — and why so many of us struggle to create space to truly hear Him. If you've ever felt too busy to slow down, unsure how to quiet your mind, or tempted to look to the world for validation instead of upward for worth, this episode will gently call you back to center. You don’t need an hour. You need intention. You need stillness. In This Episode, We Discuss: Why stillness is foundational to receiving personal revelation The difference between prayer (talking) and meditation (listening) How mindfulness strengthens patience, especially in motherhood The science behind breathwork and regulating the nervous system “What you water grows” — and how affirmations rewire your brain The sacred power of “I Am” statements Gratitude as a healing balm How to discern divine discontent vs. distraction Why self-care is not selfish — it’s stewardship Jesika can be found on Instagram @jesikaharmon, on YouTube  If this episode blessed you, share it with a friend who needs permission to slow down. And don’t forget to subscribe, leave a review, and follow along on Instagram at @simplyrachelclare. She rises not by doing more — but by becoming still enough to hear Him. 🤍

Ep. 025 - When Our Children Exercise Their Agency In Ways We Wouldn't Choose For Them With Rachel Tucker and Christi Davis

What do you do when your child makes choices you wouldn’t choose for them? How do you hold onto faith without letting fear take over your motherhood? In this episode, Rachel shares a powerful conversation with her friend and fellow life coach Christi Davis, originally recorded last summer on Christi’s podcast Liking the People You Love. Together, they explore what it really means to guide children spiritually—especially teenagers who may be questioning, experimenting, or stepping away. This conversation is an honest, hope-filled look at faith, agency, and trust. Rachel and Christi talk about why we can’t give our children a testimony—but we can give them ours—and how love, curiosity, and safety create space for the Savior to work. In this episode, you’ll hear: -Why fear has no place in faithful motherhood -The difference between their testimony and ours -How living your faith quietly and consistently speaks louder than preaching -A powerful visualization for releasing worry and handing it to the Savior -Why curiosity is more effective than control with teenagers -How allowing exploration and contrast can strengthen faith over time -What it means to be a “safe place” for your children—no matter where they are spiritually If you’re a mother worrying about your child’s choices, this episode is a gentle reminder: God loves your children more than you do—and He is not done with their story. Ep. 024 - “You Choose”: When God Trusts You To Decide with Cali Black

Cali Black is widely known for helping thousands fall in love with the scriptures through Come, Follow Me—but in this episode of She Rises, we go deeper than scripture study. We talk about agency, trust, humility, and what it really looks like to let God guide our lives without controlling every outcome. Cali shares her personal story of becoming a teacher, stepping away from a career she loved after a clear prompting, and how a simple act of choosing to do good—without being commanded—led to the unexpected creation of her Come, Follow Me Study platform. Along the way, she opens up about identity, missed expectations, and the moments when God’s answer wasn’t “yes” or “no,” but simply, “You choose.” This conversation explores how honoring agency—our own and others’—can free us from fear, resentment, and judgment. We talk about making big life decisions, trusting that God will “make it good” either way, parenting with empowerment instead of control, and learning to let others walk their own paths without condemnation. If you’ve ever felt paralyzed by the fear of choosing wrong, wrestled with judgment (of yourself or others), or longed to trust God more fully while still owning your choices—this episode is for you. You can find Cali on Instagram @comefollowmestudy, on YouTube @comefollowmestudywithcaliblack, and on her podcast One Minute Scripture Study (wherever you listen). As always, Rachel can be found on Instagram @simplyrachelclare, and her website rachelclare.com, where you can find links to courses and faith-based life coaching.

Ep.023 - Rachel Tucker On The Power Of Believing In Yourself

In this solo episode of She Rises, Rachel invites listeners into a sacred and deeply personal conversation about believing in yourself—not in a shallow, motivational way, but through the lens of divine identity, divine potential, and spiritual gifts. Drawing from scripture, prophetic teachings, lived experience, and the quiet whisperings of the Spirit, Rachel explores why self-doubt is so dangerous and why faith in who you really are changes everything. Rachel reflects on the women she has watched rise in extraordinary ways—women who carry heavy responsibilities, face unexpected trials, say yes to daunting callings, build meaningful lives, and keep going even when the load feels overwhelming. She reminds us that none of this strength is accidental. We are literal children of Heavenly Parents, created in Their image, inheritors of both physical and spiritual traits, and endowed with eternal worth and limitless potential. This episode walks through three anchoring truths: you were created by divinity, you were given uniquely personal spiritual gifts, and you have a Savior who believes in you and empowers you through covenant power. Rachel discusses how spiritual gifts—both obvious and quiet—are clues to our purpose, how negative self-talk erodes confidence, and how choosing belief can unlock growth, courage, and peace. With tenderness and conviction, she testifies that through Christ, we can do hard things, small things with consistency, and seemingly impossible things. If you’ve ever questioned your abilities, doubted your capacity, or felt unsure whether you’re enough for what’s been placed on your shoulders, this episode is a reminder of who you are, where you came from, and what is truly possible when faith replaces fear. You were created equipped. You are not behind. And you are capable of far more than you think. Rachel can be found on her website, rachelclare.com, and on Instagram @simplyrachelclare.
