The Love Decision Every Successful Couple Makes

Share your thoughts on the episode! Do you feel that your relationship has reached a dangerous level of disconnection? Do conflicts keep turning into blame, control, or emotional shutdown? Do you want deeper connection—but don’t know how to stop reacting from hurt? With every thought, action, reaction, word, and choice, we are always coming from either love or fear. When we choose fear, we bring behaviors into our relationships that create harm, distance, and disconnection. When we choose love, we bring behavior that has the power to heal, strengthen, and elevate our connections. This talk goes beyond surface-level “be loving” advice and explores what acting from love truly looks like in real-life relationships—especially when things get messy. Because love isn’t just affection and harmony. Sometimes love looks like boundaries. Sometimes it looks like not enabling. Sometimes it looks like pausing, self-reflecting, and choosing growth over ego. We dive into: 📍8 key aspects of acting from Love 📍Key behaviors that create disharmony and disconnection 📍How to build unwavering trust 📍Emotional maturity and empathy 📍How looking within is the best action 📍How to be a refuge rather than a source of pain If you're tired of the same destruction cyclical patterns, you desire a relationship rooted in safety, truth, and mutual respect and you're willing to do what works—this conversation will be your game changer! ✨ For FREE Resources, 📖 Book Link, 📝 Quizzes, 👚 Self-Love Merch Shop, 🗣️ 1:1 Mentoring and more: https://www.linktr.ee/kristenbrownauthor Hello Seeker! 👋🏼 If you're enjoying this podcast and would like to show your appreciation, you can help this podcast grow by leaving a 5 star rating and review! The Fast Rise of AI: The Power & Risks w/ Cyber Spy Karim Hijazi

Share your thoughts on the episode! In this episode, I sit down with Karim Hijazi — a 30-year veteran in cyber intelligence who has tracked spies, nation-state hackers, and some of the world’s most sophisticated cyber-attackers. Karim has built and sold cybersecurity companies, contributed to one of the most famous global cyber reports, and has gone head-to-head with major hacking groups. His work has been featured across major news outlets, and his perspective on the future of tech is unlike anything you’ve heard. This conversation is a wake-up call — not in a fear-based way, but in a stay-aware, stay-conscious, don’t-get-caught-off-guard way. We explore questions like: • What is AI really doing behind the scenes in our daily lives? • How are tech platforms shaping human behavior — and profiting from it? • Who is most vulnerable to the emotional “support” side of AI? • Can AI truly replace humans, or will companies eventually realize the cost of losing the human touch? • Where is all of this heading in the next few years — and why are experts sounding the alarm about 2026? • What happens when technology begins writing its own code? • How does intuition, awareness, and staying connected to our inner guidance protect us in a world that’s accelerating fast? • And what should we understand about emerging technologies like Neuralink and brain–computer interfaces? This is one of those conversations that expands your awareness and reminds you why staying grounded, intuitive, and awake matters more than ever. If you want a deeper, clearer understanding of the direction tech is heading without panic, but with eyes wide open, this conversation is for you. The Most UNDERRATED Healing Practice That Changes Everything

Share your thoughts on the episode! Do you beat yourself up for not healing fast enough? Feel frustrated when you “know better” but still react the same way? Struggle with guilt when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or not operating at your best? Wonder why life feels harder the more you try to fix yourself? Many of us were taught that personal growth comes from discipline, pressure, and pushing harder—but no one taught us about the quiet superpower of grace. Not the surface-level kind, but the kind that fundamentally changes how you relate to yourself during your healing journey. The kind that supports real self-healing, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-growth especially while you’re unlearning old patterns, or navigating seasons of uncertainty. In this talk, I explore the secret superpower of giving yourself grace, and why it may be the missing piece in your personal transformation. This isn’t about lowering standards or avoiding responsibility. It’s about staying connected to yourself when you make mistakes, emotions and/or patterns resurface, or life doesn’t go according to plan. If you’re tired of turning every setback into self-criticism… If you’re exhausted from feeling like you should be “further along by now”… If you’re craving self-love that actually changes how you live, not just how you think… This conversation will meet you exactly where you are. The REAL Reason They Didn't Fight For You

Share your thoughts on the episode! It is incredibly painful and confusing when someone doesn't fight for you and the relationship. This pain is often turned inward. You replay conversations. You question your worth. You wonder why they didn’t choose you, try harder, or show up when it mattered. Especially when you were so willing to do whatever it took to fix what wasn't working. If you’ve ever asked yourself “Why wasn’t I worth fighting for?” this video is for you. In this video, we unpack the deeper truth behind why someone doesn’t fight for a relationship and why it almost never means you weren’t enough. People don’t walk away because your value was lacking. They walk away because staying would require emotional growth, accountability, vulnerability, and self-examination they’re not prepared to face. You’ll learn how avoidance in relationships can look like indifference, how emotional unavailability contributes, and why some people would rather lose connection than confront themselves. We’ll talk about fear of intimacy, emotional immaturity, unhealed wounds, and why accountability can feel more threatening than loss. How to Deal With Emotionally Immature People Without Losing Yourself

Share your thoughts on the episode! Do you have someone in your life who shuts down, gets defensive, or continually blows up at you? When you try to have real conversations, do they fail to take accountability, become the victim, or turn it around on you? Being around emotionally immature people can leave you feeling drained, unseen, and deeply frustrated. It can feel like you’re carrying the emotional weight of the relationship, while repair is always left up to you. And this does more than just feel exhausting. It disturbs your nervous system, steals your peace, and can slowly lead to losing yourself. You may start questioning your feelings, doubting your worth, and taking on more emotional labor than anyone should have to carry. In this episode, we explore the impact of emotional immaturity and what it looks like in real life. We also talk about ways to navigate these relationships while staying grounded and protecting your energy. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by someone else’s inability to take responsibility or handle their emotions, this episode is for you. Forgiveness Isn't What You Think

Share your thoughts on the episode! Forgiveness isn’t what most people think and that misunderstanding may be the very thing keeping you stuck. When we don't forgive, we carry the past in our bodies. It shows up as resentment, tension, fear, depression, emotional triggers, and a quiet heaviness that never fully leaves. We think we are protecting ourselves by holding on or keeping them accountable for their actions, but in reality we are tying ourselves to the very person that hurt us. Non forgiveness drains your energy, clouds your peace, and keeps you emotionally entangled with what is already over. In this talk, you will learn what forgiveness actually means and what it does not. This is not about excusing or condoning behavior or pretending it did not hurt. (I can promise you that!)  When you truly forgive, you release and expand. You rise. You free your nervous system, your mind, and your future! If you are ready to stop carrying excess emotional weight and finally feel lighter, clearer, and sovereign again, this conversation is for you.  So grab a pad of paper and pen and a delicious beverage and snuggle up to a talk that could change your life. ✨ For FREE Resources, 📖 Book Link, 📝 Quizzes, 👚 Self-Love Merch Shop, 🗣️ 1:1 Mentoring and more: https://www.linktr.ee/kristenbrownauthor Hey you! 👋🏼 If this episode spoke to your heart, it would mean so much if you left a five star rating and a loving review. Stop Wishing, Start Experimenting | The Mad Scientist Formula

Share your thoughts on the episode! What if your life isn’t stuck… you just stopped experimenting? In this conversation, we explore what it means to become the mad scientist of your own life. The one who stops wishing and starts experimenting. The one who refuses to accept status quo and instead asks, “What else can I try?” This isn’t about perfection. It’s about curiosity. It’s about small experiments. It’s about baby steps and perception shifts. The defeatist mindset resigns. The curiosity mindset experiments. This talk is about reclaiming the power seat in your life. It’s about focusing on solutions instead of rehearsing problems. About becoming the kind of person who tests a new way instead of repeating the old ones. You are powerful beyond measure. You have everything it takes to attract and create the life, relationships, health, and wealth of your dreams.  The question is: Are you willing to become the person who is willing to figure it out? If you’re ready to stop circling the same problems and start creating new outcomes, this is your invitation.
