As a result of one of our players collapsing in a friendly a few seasons ago, we have made it mandatory for all North of Scotland Football League clubs to have access to defibrillators at grounds.     S1E39: East End FC II

    East End joined us for the second time this series as manager Aaron McGuigan joined Grant and Dave. We discussed East End's season since Aaron took charge in October 2025, starting as an assistant manager under Stuart Whicher, undertaking Secretary duties and the tireless Committee behind the scenes at New Advocates Park, we also discussed their recent games with Hermes and Sunnybank. We also dissected a valiant effort from Fraserburgh United who exited the last 16 of the Scottish Communities Cup with a 3-0 loss to Largs Thistle on Saturday. Dave caught up with boss Russell McBride post match. An enthralling card domestically was also discussed with excitement in both the Premiership and Championship. In the Premiership, Culter went top of the table, Stonehaven jumped over Bridge Of Don Thistle with a win at Aberdeen Sports Village, Lossiemouth United gained a big point away at Hermes as well as Maud winning a five goal thriller at home to Dyce. Deveronside claimed a huge 2-0 win at Denmore Park against Hall Russell United, Grant was there and caught up with Side captain Michael Wood. Glentanar, New Elgin, Banchory St Ternan and Nairn St Ninian also prevailed. The Cup action didn't disappoint either with penalties deciding the outcome in the Dominos Cup between Longside and Ellon, Colony needing a late winner to see off Buchanhaven Hearts and an eight-goal thriller between Rothie Rovers and Newmachar United. The medallists of the week are reinstated and we finish with Sharp Attack. Enjoy!

    S1E34: Lossiemouth United FC

    Manager Scott Campbell and Chairman Alex Lauriston join Grant and Dave for another bumper NOSFL podcast. The guys chat about Lossiemouth's rise up to the top flight, how they have adapted to promotion from the Championship and discuss the club's greatest day up to pass: defeating Auchinleck Talbot in the Scottish Communities Cup. It was an extraordinary weekend yet again in the NOSFL. Friday set the tone with a seven goal thriller at Spain Park as Banks O Dee recovered twice from two goals down to win against Dyce. Elsewhere, there was some massive results in the title race. Stonehaven put in a commendable performance to win 4-1 over current league leaders Rothie Rovers. Grant and Dave spoke to Scott Whelan and manager Martyn Rollo post match. In Aberdeen City, two big results happened on Saturday with Bridge of Don Thistle losing late on against neighbours Aberdeen East End while defending champions Culter came from behind to win 2-1 over Sunnybank. There was also a solid 1-0 win for Buchanhaven Hearts over Colony Park as they prepare for their Scottish Communities Cup Quarter Final against Pollok next weekend. In the Championship, there were three away wins from the four league games on at the weekend. Hall Russell United and Newmachar United recorded good away wins but fellow contenders Deveronside saw their own hopes dented by a 2-1 loss at home to Banchory who reignited their own promotion hopes. Elsewhere, Whitehills left it late again to salvage a 2-2 draw v Westdyke CC Juniors. The final part of the show discusses the week's news, fixtures for the weekend ahead and some sharp attack questions for the Alex and Scott.
