The Rebel Priestess Podcast

Damary Paz

Welcome to The Rebel Priestess Podcast. This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a space for the seekers, the rebels, and the wild hearts who know there’s more to life than what we’ve been taught. The ones who are tired of shrinking. Tired of pretending. Tired of living from survival instead of truly living. If you’ve ever questioned everything… If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit into the boxes this world created… If you’ve ever felt there was something deeper calling you… Welcome. Here, we have the conversations that changed my life. We explore emotional authority, self-trust, fear, faith, relationships, consciousness, healing, creativity, the ego and the soul, societal conditioning, and the illusions we’ve mistaken for truth. I don’t believe fear is bad. I don’t believe your wounds make you broken. I believe they’re invitations. Invitations to understand yourself more deeply, reclaim your power, and remember the parts of yourself you’ve abandoned just to survive. This isn’t about spiritual bypassing or me telling you what to believe. It’s about questioning everything with curiosity. It’s about remembering that your greatest teacher has never been outside of you. I truly believe we create a better Earth by creating a better relationship with ourselves. Every illusion we release, every fear we face, every truth we speak, and every part of ourselves we reclaim creates a ripple that extends far beyond us. Because healing isn’t just personal. It’s collective. If my voice has one purpose, it’s not to be your answer. It’s to be a mirror. To remind you that the wisdom, the courage, the love, and the power you’ve been searching for have been within you all along. So if you’re ready to reclaim your voice, trust yourself deeply, remember your essence, and come home to yourself… Welcome to The Rebel Priestess Podcast. Lucky Girl Syndrome vs Priestess Energy: The Shift from Positivity to Self -Trust

In this episode, I’m talking about something I’ve been thinking about : Lucky Girl Syndrome. And honestly? I really love it. I love the idea of waking up and believing that life can work out for you. I love the idea of expecting good things instead of constantly preparing yourself for something terrible to happen. I think there’s something really powerful about changing the story you have about your life. But I also think we can take these ideas so far that we accidentally create another way to disconnect from ourselves. Because if I have to believe that everything always works out for me… What happens when it doesn’t? What happens when I’m f*****g terrified? What happens when something falls apart? What happens when I’m disappointed? What happens when I’m angry? What happens when I genuinely don’t know what the hell I’m doing? Am I suddenly not a lucky girl anymore? And that’s where I started thinking about something I’m calling Priestess Energy. Not because I think we need another spiritual identity to put on. Actually, quite the opposite. I think Priestess Energy is about taking the costume off. It’s about coming back to yourself. Because maybe real trust isn’t saying, “Everything is going to work out exactly how I want it to.” Maybe real trust is saying: “I don’t know what’s going to happen. But I trust myself enough to meet it.” And to me, that feels so much more powerful. Because now my peace isn’t dependent on the outcome. My confidence isn’t dependent on everything going according to plan. My spirituality isn’t dependent on constantly getting signs that I’m on the right path. And my relationship with God isn’t based on being afraid that if I make the wrong decision, somehow I’ve f****d everything up. I can actually live. I can make choices. I can change my mind. I can be scared. I can be disappointed. I can cry. I can laugh five minutes later. I can follow something that makes absolutely no sense on paper because something inside me says, “Go.” And I can still believe that I’m connected to something greater than me. That, to me, is where the magic gets interesting. Because maybe becoming “lucky” isn’t about controlling your reality. Maybe it’s about becoming so connected to yourself that you’re actually available to experience the reality that’s unfolding. Maybe the miracle isn’t that everything works out for you. Maybe the miracle is that you trust yourself enough to know you’ll be okay either way. I’d love to know what this brings up for you. Share your thoughts in the comments, send this episode to someone who needs to hear it, and follow The Rebel Priestess Podcast so you don’t miss the next conversation. The Summer That Asked Us to Become Who We Really Are

This episode happened completely on a whim. I was joined by Amanda and we originally got on a call just to reconnect, and somehow our conversation turned into something so much deeper. We started talking about how heavy this summer has felt for so many of us — the expansion, the discomfort, the growth, the things we’ve been feeling pulled toward, and that feeling of knowing it’s time to finally do the thing you’ve been wanting to do. To really become yourself. We talked about what happens when you start reconnecting with the parts of yourself you may have disconnected from, and what it looks like to actually step into who you are instead of continuing to live from who you thought you were supposed to be. We also talked about community, sisterhood, compassion, and how important it is to have people around us who can witness us as we grow and change. Because I think there’s something really beautiful that happens when we come back to ourselves. We become more compassionate. We stop needing everyone to be where we are. We can hold space for other people’s journeys because we’re learning how to hold space for our own. And maybe stepping fully into who we are isn’t just about us. Maybe the more we become ourselves, the more we give other people permission to become themselves too. This was such an unplanned, honest, expansive conversation — and I think it’s one a lot of us needed to have. You Can’t Heal Your Way Into a New Life: Disconnection, Joy & Nervous System Capacity

What happens when you realize that maybe you don’t need to heal more— but maybe, you need to reconnect with yourself? On this episode of The Rebel Priestess Podcast, I’m joined by Ravelle for a conversation that took us into the deeper relationship we have with ourselves—and how much of our lives can be shaped by whether or not we’re actually connected to it. When we talk about disconnection from self - oh and btw, we’re not talking about something that only happens to people who are “lost.” Some of us may have spent years looking outside ourselves for answers, approval, direction, identity, or permission without ever really learning how to hear ourselves in the first place. And some of us do know ourselves. We’ve built that relationship. But there are moments, seasons, relationships, fears, transitions, and experiences that can pull us away from ourselves again. So what does it look like to notice? And more importantly...what does it look like to come back? We talk about self-trust, emotional authority, our relationship with our own power, presence, joy, nervous system capacity, and the collective forces that can pull us further away from ourselves. We also explore why constantly “healing” can sometimes keep us stuck in the healing loop. Because you can spend so much time processing your pain, understanding your patterns, regulating your nervous system, and trying to become a better version of yourself that you forget there is an entire life happening outside of the work. And maybe joy is part of that work, too. Because knowing you’re ready for change and actually having the capacity to move through change are two very different things. We get into manifestation, embodying the values of the life you say you want, dating as a spiritual woman, and what happens when you stop giving your power away to external validation, conditioning, fear, or the expectations of the collective. But underneath all of it is a question: How connected are you to yourself—and what becomes possible when you are? Maybe creating a new life isn’t about endlessly fixing yourself until you’re finally “ready.” Maybe it’s about becoming present enough to hear yourself, trusting yourself enough to follow what you hear, and building the capacity to actually experience the life you’re creating. This is a deep conversation with many threads: disconnection, self-trust, emotional authority, joy, presence, power, embodiment, and coming back to yourself. . . Why We Feel So Divided Right Now: Wetiko, Shamanism & Embodiment

Lately, there’s been a noticeable shift—more awareness, more awakening… but also more division, disconnection, and confusion. In this episode, we open up a real and grounded conversation around what’s actually happening beneath the surface. I’m joined by Kat Grace, who practices shamanic work, and together we explore what this path truly is beyond aesthetics—and how it connects to embodiment, discernment, and personal responsibility. We also dive into the concept of wetiko—often described as a pattern of separation that can move through both individuals and the collective—and how it may be influencing the state of the world right now. This conversation touches on: What shamanic work really is (beyond what you see online)Conscious awareness as an embodied practiceDiscernment vs. spiritual bypassingResponsible integration after deep inner workShifting from victim consciousness to creator consciousnessHow wetiko may be contributing to division and disconnection in the collective. This episode is not about fear—it’s about awareness. Because the more aware we become, the more intentional we can be in how we show up, respond, and create within our own lives. 🎙️ Connect with Kate: Kat Grace is a shamanic practitioner, energy healer, and intuitive trauma-informed coach whose work is devoted to truth- not the kind that comforts, but the kind that liberates. She works with women who are already aware something deeper is happening beneath their patterns-women who have outgrown surface-level healing but still find themselves looping in dynamics they can’t fully break. Her work moves through the emotional, somatic, and energetic layers simultaneously, exposing what’s been normalized, inherited, and unconsciously embodied. Kat doesn’t teach people how to perform healing. She brings them into direct contact with what is actually happening within them- so self-trust is no longer something they’re trying to access, but something they’re living from. Her approach is precise, deeply attuned, and rooted in lived experience- where spiritual awareness meets nervous system reality, and truth becomes something you can feel in your body, not just understand in your mind. The Womb & The Voice: How the Body Stores Suppression, Shame & Unspoken Truth (part 2)

In this Part 2 conversation on voice activation and womb healing, i am going deeper into the powerful connection between the womb and the voice — and how the body can hold suppression, shame, unprocessed emotion, chronic stress, and survival patterns that impact the way we speak, create, receive, and express ourselves. This episode explores how nervous system dysregulation, stored emotional tension, and protective patterns can show up through the throat, jaw, chest, breath, hips, pelvis, and womb space — and why so many women feel blocked in their self-expression, creativity, sensuality, boundaries, and truth I also talk about the deeper connection between the womb, throat chakra, feminine energy, voice activation, trauma healing, and somatic healing, including how the vagus nerve, sound, and vibration can support the nervous system and help the body feel safer in expression. Inside this episode, we explore: the connection between womb healing and voice activation how the body holds unprocessed stress, emotional tension, and protective patterns why the womb and throat are deeply connected how trauma and suppression can affect creativity, confidence, sensuality, and self-expression the role of the vagus nerve in nervous system regulation why humming, toning, chanting, sighing, and sound healing can support emotional release somatic practices for the voice, womb, pelvis, and nervous system how to begin healing the body’s relationship with truth, safety, visibility, and creation This episode is for the woman who knows there is more inside of her that wants to be felt, spoken, created, and reclaimed. If you’ve been struggling with: fear of being seen trouble speaking up creative blocks over-explaining emotional suppression disconnect from your body difficulty receiving or feeling like your voice has been muted… …this conversation is for you. ✨ If this resonates and you’re ready to go deeper into your own healing journey, I’ve linked my sessions, ebooks, and offerings below 👇🏼 https://Linktr.ee/damarypaz

This is a conversation about: Voice activation as healingWomb wisdom and feminine powerThroat chakra blockages & suppressed expressionNervous system safety and embodimentQuantum healing through sound, truth, and presence If you’ve ever felt like you hold back your truth, struggle to speak freely, or sense that your body carries unspoken stories—this episode is for you. What Soul Purpose Actually Is ( And Why You Can't Force It)

In this episode, I’m joined by Amanda for a soulful, grounded conversation about soul purpose — what it really is, why so many people feel disconnected from it, and how clarity actually unfolds over time. We explore why purpose isn’t something you “figure out” with the mind, but something that reveals itself as your nervous system feels safer, your body becomes more honest, and you begin listening instead of forcing answers. If you’ve ever felt behind, confused, or pressured to “know your path,” this conversation is for you. Together, we talk about the difference between ego-driven purpose and soul-led purpose, how survival mode disconnects us from intuition, and why feeling lost is often part of the initiation, not a failure. In this episode, we explore: • What soul purpose actually is (and what it isn’t) • Why clarity doesn’t come from pressure or urgency • How nervous system regulation impacts intuition and direction • Ego purpose vs soul purpose • Why uncertainty can be a sacred part of your path • How to begin reconnecting to what feels true now If this episode resonates, you can find my eBooks linked below for deeper reflection and integration.
