This podcast is all about interviewing interesting and influential people in the Lower Mainland and around world. I’ve been a paramedic for over 18 years and I love hearing peoples life stories. My goal is to provide an outlet for people to share their journey with us and to hear the wisdom they’ve learned along the way.  I also love music. I feature a band or solo artist at the end of each episode. None of them suck.

    Charles Thomas Westover served for 35 years in the Royal Canadian Navy. He speaks about his life as a seaman and his time serving as a peacekeeper on the Korean Peninsula from 1955 to 1956. He also discusses the mental and physical toll this service has taken on him.
