Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness, a deep dive conversation with James Renne!

Welcome everyone, and thank you for being here. This episode arrives at a meaningful moment with the release of Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness Book 2, and the continued unfolding of a body of work that began not as theory, but as lived experience. In previous episodes, I’ve spoken directly to you sharing reflections on the inner journey, the storms we face, and the discipline required to navigate life with awareness. Today is a different Experience! Today is a conversation. Today is a Moment of being Present in the here and now! Because consciousness is not something explored in isolation. It expands through dialogue through honest exchange, thoughtful questioning, and the willingness to examine ideas together in the open. Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness began as a personal framework for self-cultivation a way of understanding pressure, identity, leadership, and purpose across sport, coaching, and life. Over time it evolved into something larger: A language for living intentionally rather than reactively. A compass for navigating darkness and light. A system for aligning the mind, the heart, and one’s actions in the world. Book 1 explored awakening learning to recognize the inner world. Book 2 explores integration learning how to live that awareness daily. And this conversation is part of that integration. I’m honored to welcome someone who has engaged deeply with this work, and who played a meaningful role in its journey forward contributing the foreword to both Book 1 and Book 2 my friend and guest, James Renne. Today we explore ideas around consciousness, leadership, creation, struggle, and legacy not as abstractions, but as realities we all navigate. So wherever you are listening from I invite you to settle in, reflect, and join us in the conversation. Welcome to Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness.

A Ship at Sea and the Thirteen Currents.!.

Welcome, dear listener, to a new chapter in the journey of consciousness. This episode is titled A Ship at Sea and the Thirteen Currents and it is not merely a podcast, but a voyage of the soul. In this space, we explore what it means to navigate life as a vessel upon the vast ocean of existence. Each of us is a ship at sea, shaped by our choices, our wounds, our hopes, and our unseen inner tides. The Thirteen Currents represent the deeper virtues of the heart the subtle forces that guide us through storms, stillness, loss, purpose, love, and awakening. In today’s episode, I will be reading directly from my book, Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness, Book Two, sharing a sacred section of the work that was written as a map for those who feel called to live with greater awareness, integrity, and inner alignment. This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you are. So find a quiet place, breathe deeply, and allow this journey to carry you, not toward escape, but toward presence. May these words serve as a lighthouse for your own becoming. I am your host, Coach Elsio Eybrecht, and this is A Ship at Sea and the Thirteen Currents.
