Episode 22 - Coley's in the Hot Seat: She Talks Creativity, Clarity, and Becoming Fully CEO

In this special episode of T**S UP, the tables are turned and Jessica Wenger McPhaul steps into the host seat while putting Coley in the hot seat to unpack her creative process, her evolution, and the real story behind the businesses that shaped her. Coley shares her journey from lifelong hustler to intentional CEO. From becoming a mom and choosing to build a career alongside motherhood, to accidentally stumbling into entrepreneurship with Junk in the Trunk, her path was anything but linear. What started as two women feeling unsupported in business led to the unexpected birth of Foundress: a "side thing" that instantly became a movement. She opens up about launching The Vintage Arcadia just six weeks before COVID, the quiet that followed, and the hard but necessary transitions that came after selling both businesses. Foundress became hers in a new way and so did her responsibility to evolve. This conversation dives into the personal transformation required to build with intention. Coley speaks candidly about enlisting support from a therapist and business coach, confronting her lack of clarity, and finally locking in the systems that allow her business to run without her constant hustle. For the first time, she feels fully aligned: fully Coley, fully mom, & fully CEO. If you've ever built something before you were "ready," questioned your path, or craved clarity while carrying big ambition, this episode is your reminder: don't wait. Build it. And build it within community. T**s Up!

Episode 18 - When You Get the Chance to Shoot Your Shot, Go In With Who You Are

In this episode of T**s Up, Coley sits down with Jessica Wegner McPhaul, founder of Naked Rebellion—a bra and underwear brand redefining what "nude" means by creating a shade for every body on earth. Jess's journey began in costume design for Dancing with the Stars, where she was fired after discovering a massive industry gap: the lack of bras that worked for dancers of different skin tones. That moment sparked the idea that would eventually become Naked Rebellion. Coley and Jess talk through what it really takes to build a product-based business from the ground up. Jess and her husband moved back to Phoenix with a blank slate, trusting an idea that brought excitement, and going from concept to product in just six months to meet the deadline of a fashion show. They also unpack navigating COVID, when Jess and her husband kept their factory open by turning leftover fabric into face masks which lead to hospital partnerships and even involvement from the Arizona Air National Guard. The conversation dives into the realities of bootstrapping, inventory risk, and preparing for major opportunities like The Today Show. This was a leap that paid off and helped propel Naked Rebellion into major retailers like Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Now, as Naked Rebellion grows as a wholesale brand, Jess is stepping into leadership as a creative director as she helps other brands navigate growth, transition, and scale. This episode is a reminder that saying yes—before you have it all figured out—can change everything. 🌐 https://nakedrebellion.com 📸 @nakedrebellion For anyone listening use the code T**s Up Pod when you buy a bra and you'll get an underwear for FREE!

Episode 17 - From Reinvention to Resonance: Telling the Truth That Builds Powerful Brands

In this deeply honest and powerful conversation, Coley sits down with Alex Vailas, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing and Head of Brand at Bad Birdie, to talk about what it really means to reinvent yourself when life doesn't give you a choice. Alex's journey didn't start in corporate boardrooms. She began as a mommy blogger and fashion stylist, rising to the height of influence as the "Pinterest Queen." But just as her career was thriving, an abrupt divorce forced her to start over—emotionally, financially, and professionally. Faced with rejection, betrayal, health challenges, and the weight of becoming a single mom overnight, Alex made the difficult decision to return to corporate life for safety and stability, even though it felt like saying goodbye to her dream. Together, Coley and Alex unpack the anger, grief, and identity loss that come when someone else's choices alter your path and how curiosity, discipline, and self-trust can guide you forward. Alex shares how choosing vulnerability and telling the truth on social media broke the mold and created real impact, changing women's lives in real time by showing what was actually happening behind the scenes. They dive into what it takes to align your personal values with your business, why grounded self-awareness is essential to attracting your ideal client, and how the real-life experiences we often try to hide are actually our greatest strategic advantage. The conversation also turns to creativity and courage as Coley asks Alex about the book she's written—still in manuscript form—and what's holding her back from sharing it. Alex opens up about writing as a form of self-expression, healing, and permission, encouraging listeners to stop waiting and simply start. This episode is for the woman navigating reinvention, holding grief and ambition at the same time, and learning how to build a life and business that honors who she truly is.  T**s Up!

Episode 16 - Relationships Are the Real Luxury: Trust, Intuition, and the Long Game of Success

In this episode, Coley sits down with Lindsay Fricks, an Arizona-based realtor and coach who has built an extraordinary business rooted in trust, intuition, and relationships—$85 million in luxury sales, 150 clients served, 145 five-star reviews, and nearly 100% referral and repeat business. After leaving corporate, Lindsay made a bold bet on herself, knowing that relationships, not hustle alone, would be the foundation of her success. She reflects on watching her grandmother grow a business through authenticity, care, and deep community connection, and how being a first-seat witness to that shaped the way she shows up today. In real estate, you're often the first call in someone's happiest moments—and sometimes the first call on their hardest days: death, divorce, and life-altering transitions. Lindsay shares why honoring that responsibility, while maintaining healthy boundaries and working within her natural flow, has been key to her longevity and fulfillment. As a coach, Lindsay believes her role isn't to fix or force outcomes, but to guide women back to themselves. "I hold a mirror," she says, "but I can't change the course for you—I can help you trust yourself enough to choose it." This conversation explores intuitive leadership, practicing failure, emotional regulation, abundance over competition, and why the entrepreneurs who win long-term are the ones who understand themselves deeply. If you've ever questioned what happens if you fail, or wondered whether success is worth the risk, this episode will ground you, challenge you, and remind you that relationships, self-trust, and nervous system mastery are the real edge in business. A must-listen for women building businesses that last.  T**s Up!
