Nurse to CEO | Boldness, Purpose, Nurse Leader, Balance, Business Building

Leniesha Norwood - Christian Business Coach & Consultant, Registered Nurse, Mentor, Homeschool Mom, Kingdom Entrepreneur

****TOP 2% GLOBALLY RANKED**** Are you a Christian nurse leader who knows God has called you to more but feels paralyzed by fear of the unknown? Are you burned out from bedside care, carrying everyone else while quietly wondering what God created you for beyond nursing? Do you sense a calling stirring in you but struggle with lack of clarity, lack of support, lack of time, or the guilt of wanting something different? Do you feel torn between obedience and security, passion and practicality, calling and exhaustion? You are not crazy. And you are not alone. I am so glad you are here. The Consecrated CEO™ is a faith-based brand that birthed the Nurse to CEO™ podcast — created primarily for the nurse who knows God has placed something on her life beyond her current role, and is ready to stop circling the promise and start building. This podcast will help you gain biblical clarity, hear God clearly, leverage your nursing expertise, and build a Kingdom-centered coaching business without guilt, burnout, or confusion. While this podcast speaks directly to nurses, you do not have to be a nurse to belong here. If you are an RN, Nurse Practitioner, nurse leader, entrepreneur, business owner, ministry leader, caregiver, or high-capacity woman who carries both responsibility and vision, you will find wisdom, strategy, and truth in these episodes that will bring value for years to come. Whether you are questioning what comes next as a believer in Christ, wrestling with burnout, afraid to leave what feels safe, unsure how to monetize what you already know, or ready to finally build the business God has been showing you, you are in the right place. I'm Leniesha. I'm a Holy Spirit-filled Kingdom life & business coach, registered nurse, entrepreneur, homeschool mom, and ministry leader. For years, I lived bound. I was a woman who looked strong on the outside but was quietly drowning in people-pleasing, false obligation, and survival mode. Trauma and abuse shaped my identity, robbed me of my voice, and taught me to overextend myself while calling it faithfulness. I served well, showed up for everyone, and carried more than God ever asked me to hold. Even as I built businesses, led in ministries, and helped others, I lacked clarity, margin, and peace. But God is a Redeemer. Everything changed when I fully surrendered. I laid the pressure down at the feet of Jesus and picked up truth. Through the Word, repentance, and intentional obedience, God restored my identity and showed me that the skills, discernment, and leadership I developed in nursing were never meant to stay at the bedside. They were preparation for the business He was calling me to build. Now I walk in boldness, clarity, and unapologetic Kingdom purpose. I build with intention, honor God-given limits, and operate according to His plan, not pressure. And I am called to help you do the same. Through biblically rooted teaching, practical business strategy, and Spirit-led discernment, I will help you break free from burnout, fear, and confusion so you can leverage your nursing skills, launch your coaching business, and move forward with confidence and peace. What I built before was driven by performance. What I am building now is fueled by purpose. And I want to teach you how to transition, set boundaries, and build a coaching business with God at the center. If you are ready to stop burning the candle at both ends, release fear of the unknown, gain clarity on your calling, and build a nursing-based coaching business that honors both your assignment and your capacity, then you belong here. Grab that double-shot espresso, matcha, or Alani, and let's walk through monetizing your nursing skills to build the coaching business God already prepared you for...together. Praying with you and for you always. Build with the King, Leniesha, BSN RN

62| The Loneliness of Obedience Is Not a Sign You Heard Wrong

There is a particular kind of alone that only comes when God's hand is on you. Not the loneliness of abandonment. Not the loneliness of being forgotten. The loneliness of being set apart for something that the people around you cannot fully see yet. Jeremiah talk about this. He said: I sat alone because of Your hand. Not because he had failed or because God had left. But because the calling itself created the separation. This episode is for the christian woman, nurse, NP, or provider who is building something and wondering why the road feels so quiet. Why the people she expected to be walking with her are not. Why financial freedom and a work from home life that once felt like a shared dream now feels like something she is pursuing by herself. The loneliness is not a sign you heard wrong. It is often the clearest sign that you heard exactly right. We are going into Jeremiah 15 and into what God does with the woman who stays obedient even when she is sitting alone. Bring your coffee. This one is going to meet you where you are. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. My biggest blessing is knowing how you were blessed. 61| The Real Reason You Keep Saying You Don't Have Time Is Not What You Think

You say you do not have time. But you finished that series in four days. You say you cannot find a moment to build. But you have scrolled for an hour before the house woke up. You say the season is too full. But the secret place has been quiet for longer than you want to admit. This episode is not here to shame you. But it is here to tell you the truth. The time excuse is not a time problem. It is an avoidance problem. And the two things being avoided are the very things that would change everything: the business building God called you to, and the secret place that fuels it. We are going into Proverbs and into the story of Mary and Martha, and we are naming what is actually happening when the nurse who says she has no time somehow always finds time for everything except the thing she claims she wants most. This is about doing an honest audit of where your hours are actually going. If you are ready for the truth, this episode is for you. It will not be comfortable. But it will be worth it. Your purpose is worth setting aside the time for. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. 60| What Does God Do With the High-Capacity Woman Who Finally Breaks?

You are a nurse, one of your many roles. Which means pouring out is practically your job description. You pour out at the bedside or clinic, at home, into your family, into your kids and every activity and responsibility that comes with them. Maybe you are in school. Maybe you lead a team. Maybe you carry more roles than most people would ever volunteer for. And somewhere in the middle of all of that pouring, the question nobody stops to ask you is the one that matters most. What fills you? This episode goes into the story of Elijah under the juniper tree. A man who had just witnessed one of the mightiest demonstrations of God's power in all of scripture, and then collapsed in exhaustion and asked God to let him die. And what God did next was not a sermon. It was bread, water, rest, and the words: arise and eat, for the journey is too great for you. If you are a nurse leader in a season where the output is high and the margin is low, this episode is for you. We are talking about the secret place, the boundaries that protect it, the permission to be filled in ways that do not always look like a prayer meeting, and the Holy Spirit who is always waiting when you finally get still enough to receive. This is about balance, the secret place, and the kind of sustainable work from home nurse life and kingdom business that only gets built when the builder herself is being filled. Because you cannot pour from empty. And you do not have to. This episode is for the christian nurse who is ready to stop running on depletion and start receiving. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. 58| OneYear, Three Years in the Making, & Thank You!!!

This one is short. And it is personal. September marks one year since the Nurse to CEO™ Podcast launched. But the real story is that God spoke to me about this podcast three years before that. Three years of sitting on the word. Waiting on His timing. Wondering when. Trusting that He knew what He was doing even when the delay did not make sense. This episode is a ten-minute drop-in. A word of encouragement for every nurse who is waiting on something God already spoke. A scripture. And a prayer over you before you go back to your day. If you are in a waiting season right now, this one is for you. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. 57| Serving Well As a Kingdom Nurse While Feeling Invisible in a Spiritually Hostile Place

You are excellent at a job that does not see you. Not the clinical you. That part gets evaluated, corrected, and documented. But the you that prays under your breath before entering a room. The you that carries a word of encouragement that lands with supernatural precision. The you that feels the spiritual temperature of a unit before the shift report ends. That part of you is invisible in the environment you serve in every day. And invisible is exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to someone who has not felt it. This episode is for the nurse leader who is serving with excellence in a spiritually hostile place and needs both sustaining and a strategy. We are going into the story of Obadiah, a man who served faithfully inside one of the most wicked administrations in Israel's history while secretly protecting a hundred prophets from slaughter. He is the biblical picture of boldness operating in invisibility. Of purpose being carried without recognition. Of a nurse leader doing Kingdom work in a place that has no category for it. We are also talking about the practical tools for sustaining yourself in the hostile place, building toward something that belongs to you while serving excellently where you are, and the business building that creates the financial freedom, the work from home flexibility, and the balance to finally operate in the fullness of your calling. You are not alone in the hostile place. And this episode is proof. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. 56| The Internal Shift Many Nurses Experience Before Changing Direction

Nothing on the outside has changed yet. The schedule is the same. The badge is the same. The unit is the same. But something on the inside is fundamentally different and has been for a while now. That is the internal shift. And for many nurses it arrives quietly, without drama, without a crisis to point to. One day you are fully present in the season you are in and somewhere shortly after that you are not anymore. Not because you became ungrateful or unfaithful. Because something moved. This episode is for the nurse leader who has already experienced the shift but does not have language for it yet. We are going into the story of Isaiah in the throne room; the moment a prophet had an encounter with God that permanently changed how he saw himself and what he was available for, long before a single external thing changed. The internal shift happened first. The direction followed. Purpose, boldness, and clarity do not always arrive with a dramatic sign. Sometimes they arrive as a quiet knowing that something has already moved on the inside. This episode helps you name it. For the nurse who is ready to start a business, to step into financial freedom, to build something that belongs to her while finding real balance between the calling and the career she already has, this is the episode that gives the internal shift a direction. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. 55| The Anointing You Carry Into That Unit Belongs in Your Own Business

Every shift you walk into that unit carrying something the hospital did not give you and cannot replicate. Not your clinical skill. Not your certifications. Not your years of nursing experience. Your anointing. The presence that settles a room before you say a word. The discernment that tells you something is wrong before the monitor confirms it. The peace that follows you into spaces of chaos and changes the atmosphere without an announcement. That anointing has been serving an institution that does not know what it has. This episode is the boldness conversation every nurse leader needs to have with herself. The one that names what she has been giving away and asks the question she already knows the answer to. What would happen if that same anointing operated inside something she actually owned? We are going into the story of Samson, not the Delilah moment everyone preaches about, but the pattern of a man whose supernatural gifting operated in enemy territory his entire life, benefiting everyone around him, until the day it was finally released for the purpose it was always meant to serve. This is about purpose, clarity, and the business building that begins when a nurse stops letting an institution be the primary beneficiary of what God placed inside her. The path to financial freedom and work from home flexibility starts with understanding what you actually carry and building a structure worthy of it. Your anointing belongs in your own business. It is time to build the house that can hold it. Next Steps: If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
