When I started Unfiltered AF, I honestly didn’t know where this journey would take me. I just knew I wanted a space where healing could be honest, messy, vulnerable, and real. Somewhere we could grow together instead of pretending we already had it all figured out. Looking back now, this podcast has become so much more than something I upload every other Monday. It’s become a journal. A safe place. A reminder that showing up imperfectly is still showing up.
