The Throuple Bible & Labor Day Chaos | S2 Ep33

What happens when your new book is so massive it can’t even become a hardcover? This week on A Little Throuple Tea, we’re celebrating Labor Day, revealing how Fault Lines became the 730-page “Throuple Bible” and explaining why formatting the book nearly broke us—or inspired us to build something completely new. We also prepare for Southern California rain like a hurricane is coming, revisit one of the worst rescue plans in history and let Bowl of Chaos expose which one of us becomes dangerously confident after watching a single YouTube tutorial. Then, the Throuple Hotline brings us a relationship problem involving a three-year boyfriend who is still being introduced to the family as “the friend.” How long do you keep the peace before it becomes disrespect? Plus, Sassy Astrology, an emotional family tribute and one host ending the entire Labor Day episode with the wrong holiday. Tell us: Would you read a 730-page Throuple Bible—and how long would you tolerate being called “the friend”? Submit your questions, stories, relationship chaos and confessions through the Throuple Hotline. Download the FREE Throuple Tea app on Apple and Android to watch and listen, play Bowl of Chaos, enter Win a Book Wednesday and keep up with everything happening in our world. Visit ThroupleTea.com and read our weekly companion article with the Los Angeles Blade. Follow, subscribe, rate, review and share the show. Throuple life. It doesn’t suck.

Big Brother, Beach Burns & Shots Fired | S2 Ep32

What happens when we record an entire episode without choosing an actual topic? This week on A Little Throuple Tea, we’re embracing the open format and talking about whatever happens to be floating through our minds—which apparently includes Big Brother, beach burns, free chips, reality stars ignoring us, travel plans, hurricanes, wildfires, book announcements, sponsorship rejections and several completely unnecessary shots fired. We start by breaking down the current season of Big Brother, why the returning icons have survived for so long, whether the younger players are afraid to make a move and what the season is seriously missing: bromances, romances, flirtation and hot men. Then we recap our first beach day in a very long time. Daniel and Caleb loved the water, William tolerated the experience, everyone got sunburned and Moonlight Beach was approximately four tents deep with people. Naturally, this turns into the ultimate beach-versus-pool debate, why sand becomes less appealing as you get older and whether having sex on the beach is ever actually worth the cleanup. We also announce that Tres Amigos, Una Vida: Fault Lines officially arrives September 4 on Kindle and paperback. The sequel somehow became more than 700 pages, the cover features our actual backyard and the story continues whether seven people read it or seven million. Of course, because this episode has no responsible adult supervising it, we also debate whether restaurants should be allowed to limit free chips and salsa, whether we should unfollow Kyle Cooke from Summer House for ignoring us, and what happens when a drink brand rejects your podcast sponsorship pitch while its product is still sitting directly in front of the cameras. Yes. Shots were fired. Plus, we play Chaos Bowl directly through the Throuple Tea app with Confess Your Chaos, Most Likely To, Mature Mode, Wild Mode and Slay Cards. The game exposes old crushes, fake emergencies, thirst traps, excessive selfie attempts and the fact that three people sharing one life still interpret basic instructions very differently. Also in this episode: Why the current season of Big Brother feels different The SDSU mistake that foreshadowed our move to San Diego Our overcrowded and sunburned beach day The ultimate beach-versus-pool debate Why one free basket of chips is not enough The September 4 release of Fault Lines The Reno wildfire and hurricanes near our Big Island property Whether we should unfollow Kyle Cooke Chaos Bowl: Confess Your Chaos + Most Likely To + Wild + Slay Cards Two real Throuple Hotline questions How we choose our vacation destinations Foods we would happily erase forever Sassy Astrology for August 28–September 3 Daniel’s Dad Joke And the sponsorship rejection that created our new drink-koozie rule If this episode proves anything, it’s that we apparently do not need a topic. We just need three microphones and enough unrelated thoughts to fill an hour. Tell us: Is this season of Big Brother actually boring? Are you choosing the beach or the pool? And should restaurants always provide unlimited chips and salsa? Submit your questions, stories, shady neighborhood tea, relationship chaos, confessions, travel problems, or whatever else you need three gay men to have an opinion about through the Throuple Hotline. The Gay Bucket List | S2 Ep31

What exactly belongs on the ultimate Gay Bucket List? This week on A Little Throuple Tea, we’re going through the gay experiences, destinations, milestones, events, and ridiculous adventures the internet says every gay should experience at least once. We’re talking our favorite Pride memories, the cities we still want to experience Pride in, Fire Island, Palm Springs, Key West, Puerto Vallarta, gay cruises, circuit parties, drag brunches, gay ski weeks, concerts, chosen family, holding hands in public, supporting LGBTQ+ businesses, and finding places where you can actually feel completely comfortable being yourself.Of course, because it’s us, that somehow turns into Daniel needing to plan something for once, disappearing on vacation, straight boys, bathhouses, robot fantasies, gay milestones, planning a giant house party and a conversation about whether straight men actually wash their buttholes.Yes. It goes very far off the rails. We also get into the more meaningful side of the Gay Bucket List — finding your chosen family, experiencing Pride, falling in love, supporting your community and finding that sense of belonging that so many LGBTQ+ people spend years looking for.Plus, we play Chaos Bowl directly from the Throuple Tea app again, this time with Most Likely To prompts, Mature Mode, Wild Mode and Slay Cards. And apparently the app knows us a little too well. Also in this episode:- The ultimate Gay Bucket List- Our favorite Pride memories and dream Pride destinations- Gay experiences we’ve somehow never had- Chaos Bowl: Most Likely To + Wild + Slay Cards- Two real Throuple Hotline questions- A completely unnecessary investigation into straight men's hygiene- Sassy Astrology for August 21–27- Daniel’s Dad Joke- And several conversations that absolutely were NOT on the Gay Bucket ListIf you’ve already crossed half of these off your list, congratulations. If you haven’t… apparently we all have some work to do.Tell us: What’s one gay experience you think EVERYONE should have at least once? And what’s still sitting on your Gay Bucket List?Submit your questions, stories, shady neighborhood tea, relationship chaos, confessions, or whatever else you need three gay men to have an opinion about through the Throuple Hotline.Download the FREE Throuple Tea app now on Apple AND Android. 40 Episodes Later: We Still Have Too Much to Say | S2 Ep30

Somehow… we made it to Episode 30 of Season 2 — which means this is officially our 40th episode of A Little Throuple Tea. And honestly, we’re just as surprised as you are that we still have this much to talk about. This week, we’re looking back at what’s changed since we first sat down behind the microphones, what we were nervous to talk about in the beginning, the running jokes that somehow became part of the show, what we’ve learned about each other after 40 episodes, and where we want to take this thing next. Of course, because it’s us, that quickly turns into mosquito nets, Daniel “kneading,” crusty blankets, hot vampire brothers, blown-out holes, travel disasters and several conversations that probably explain why our show is marked explicit. We also talk about some pretty huge milestones for A Little Throuple Tea — including our new partnership with the Los Angeles Blade and the launch of the official Throuple Tea app on BOTH Apple and Android! Plus, for the first time on the podcast, we ditch the physical slips of paper and play Chaos Bowl directly from the new app, using Classic Mode on Wild with Slay Cards. Things get weird immediately. Also in this episode: Chaos Bowl: Wild + Slay Cards Two Throuple Hotline messages Our goals for the next 40 episodes Who we’d love to have as our first podcast guest Sassy Astrology for August 14–21 Daniel’s Dad Joke And approximately 47 conversations we absolutely did not plan on having If you’ve been listening since Episode 1, THANK YOU. And if you somehow found us at Episode 40… welcome. You have a lot of questionable material to catch up on. Tell us: What’s been your favorite Throuple Tea moment, running joke, or episode so far? And what do you want to hear from us in the next 40? Submit your questions, stories, shady neighborhood tea, relationship chaos, or whatever else you need three gay men to have an opinion about through the Throuple Hotline. This week, we’re talking about the little things that can instantly make someone more attractive—and the equally small things that can ruin it the second they open their mouth. From humor, intelligence, curiosity, and being good with animals to hygiene, trustworthiness, adventurousness, and simply making someone feel safe, we’re breaking down the qualities that matter more than just being hot.We also talk about whether attraction can grow over time, the difference between attraction and compatibility, what first attracted us to each other, and what we appreciate more after years together.Naturally, the conversation goes completely off the rails when Will’s white mustache makes another appearance, Caleb tries to defend Chuck Norris jokes, Daniel’s home-reorganizing habits start a full household argument, and one innocent Bowl of Chaos answer almost turns us into Joe Rogan. Then the shots start flowing, a six-pound dildo becomes a home-security weapon, someone goes down the “wrong throat,” and we discover that Throat Goat may actually be living among us.We also catch up on the never-ending heat, the chaos of running DCW Grows, our weekly signed book giveaway, and how close Book Two of Tres Amigos, Una Vida is getting to completion.Plus, we answer new Throuple Hotline submissions involving facial-hair requests, unexpected porn-star potential, and the celebrity hall passes we apparently never discussed as a throuple.📞 Should Daniel grow a thick mustache, shave the goatee, and explore his alleged porn-star potential?📞 Do we have celebrity hall passes—and who would make the list?Plus:🔥 First Impressions vs. Reality😂 Why Humor Is So Attractive🐶 Being Good with Animals🧠 Intelligence, Curiosity & Flat-Earth Gemini🧼 Hygiene, Bad Breath & White Tongues🚩 Attraction vs. Compatibility❤️ What First Attracted Us to Each Other🏠 The Great Household Rearranging Fight🚦 Bowl of Chaos: Green Flag, Red Flag or We’ll Survive🍆 The Six-Pound Dildo Story☎️ Throuple Hotline🔮 Sassy Astrology🌭 Dad Joke of the WeekThank you for spending part of your week with us.
