Romy did a very good job in highlighting core differences between Gen-Z and previous generations of their families with regard to the recent war between Israel and Hamas and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The issues discussed are too complex and intense to cover in depth especially during four relatively brief segments. Given those limitations, Romy should be commended on the design and organization of the podcast and its segments, in choosing the right individual to interview and identifying the right faculty in the third segment to comment on the subject matter.it is also commendable that for such an intense subject matter, the exchanges between the participants and Romy were conducted with equanimity and in a calm environment. I would have liked to see the student challenged with some more profound questions such as the historical timeline of the Israeli- Palestinian conflict. Who were the Palestinians before 1967? What happened after the Wye River Peace offer to Arafat in 2001 and the unilateral Israeli withdrawal from Gaza in 2005? Those are questions that a Harvard student should be able to answer.
