    Mother Mary

In this episode, we hear Mother Mary’s story as a living archetype of devotion, trust, and co-creation. Beneath the layers of tradition and doctrine lies a woman who said yes to something she could not fully understand. A woman who chose trust in the face of uncertainty. A woman whose story has been softened, simplified, and at times stripped of its power. Through a feminist lens, we reclaim her. We explore Mary as a participant in the unfolding of something sacred. Her “yes”was alignment. It was a conscious agreement to step into the unknown and co-create with something greater than herself. To deepen this understanding, we bring in the Sanskrit concept of Śraddhā, a term found in the Upanishadic and broader spiritual traditions of India. Śraddhā is often translated as “faith,” but its true meaning is far more intimate. It speaks to an inner trust, a steady openness, a willingness to move forward without needing certainty. Together, Mary and Śraddhā offer us a powerful reminder: Miracles are something we participate in. ✨ In this episode, we explore:— A deeper retelling of Mother Mary’s story— How her power has been softened through patriarchal interpretation— The true meaning of Śraddhā in spiritual traditions— What it means to say yes to the unknown— How perspective shifts can become everyday miracles— Your role as a co-creator in your own life And if you want to take this deeper into your body, I’ve got a Mother Mary: Gentle Yoga-Restoring the Miracle Mind yin yoga practice waiting for you on my YouTube channel. Yhi

In this episode, we meet Yhi, the radiant sun goddess of Australia’s First Nations peoples, a bringer of warmth, life, color, and forward-motion. She was once honored as the one who danced across the world and awakened creation itself. But as colonial narratives replaced Indigenous cosmologies, her story was pushed into silence, her brilliance overshadowed by imported patriarchal myths. We reclaim her through a feminist lens, remembering her as a goddess who shines without waiting for permission, who embodies joy as a birthright, and who teaches us to live in Ujjvala, the Sanskrit word for luminosity, brilliance, radiance, and unapologetic presence. We’ll explore her journey, the beings she brought to life, the forces that tried to extinguish her story, and the psychological power of choosing brightness over shrinking. ✨ Includes:— A deep retelling of Yhi’s creation myth— How colonial and patriarchal systems muted her brilliance— Ujjvala as the overall result of a consistent yoga practice— A personal reflection on how her radiance transformed my own path— An invitation to explore the Yhi’s Breathwork for Inner Guidance and Clarity on my YouTube channel And if you're not on my email list yet, come join me. Gula

In this episode, we meet Gula, the ancient Mesopotamian goddess of healing, a deity once so revered that kings carved her name into stone, physicians trained in her temples, and entire cities claimed her as their protector. Yet over time, as patriarchal rule reshaped storytelling and erased female authority, Gula was slowly pushed into the background and replaced by male healing figures. Through a feminist lens, we reclaim her story as a fierce sovereign of medicine, forgiveness, restoration, and truth-speaking. We explore how Ahimsa, the yogic principle of non-harm, illuminates her power: not just the gentleness of healing, but the courage to stop wounding ourselves with shame, guilt, resentment, and self-abandonment. We’ll explore why her voice was silenced, how ancient cultures once centered female healers, and how returning to Gula reconnects us to the medicine we’ve carried all along. ✨ Includes:— A feminist retelling of Gula’s mythology— Why she disappeared from cultural memory— How Ahimsa helps us heal the harm we hold inside— My personal experience working with Gula’s energy— An invitation to deepen your practice with the Gula Bone Rosary healing session on my YouTube channel And if you're not on my email list yet, come join me. Every month I honor a different goddess with a ritual you can do at home, an energetic snapshot of the astrology shaping the month, and an exclusive subliminal crafted specifically for that goddess’s frequency.
