Why others reveal what we need to heal (INFP/HSP)

If you’ve ever felt 'too sensitive' for this world, this journal entry is your guide to turning emotional triggers into a path for deep inner healing. Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. As INFPs and HSPs, we often feel 'too much,' and the sting of emotional hurt is as real as a physical wound. In this entry, I share my personal journey with abandonment wounds and how I’m learning to 'feel it to heal it' rather than hardening my heart. We explore how relationships—especially the difficult ones—reveal the parts of our psyche that need the most kindness. Are you ready to transform your triggers into tools for self-discovery? By holding space for both our hurt and our resilience, we can choose a conscious path forward that honors our sensitivity and begins the gentle process of healing. ✨ I would love to hear from you! Grieving the life you thought you’d have is a heavy weight for any sensitive soul (INFP/HSP). If you are an INFP or HSP struggling with world-weariness and unmet expectations, this video offers a safe space to process that sorrow and find gentle ways to move forward. Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. As INFPs and HSPs, the weight of a broken world often makes our personal grief feel even heavier. Do you feel guilty about your own pain and suffering because you think "others have it worse"? As an INFP or highly sensitive person (HSP), this cycle of comparative suffering can be a heavy burden to carry. Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, we explore why minimizing our hurt in a chaotic world is actually a form of emotional self-harm. Empathy is not a finite resource, and your unique sensitivity—whether to cold, sound, or emotion—is valid and real. I share my personal journey of moving through feelings of abandonment and why self-compassion is the "muscle" we must grow first. Are you ready to let go of the shame and give yourself the kindness you deserve? The world doesn’t want our empathy (INFP/HSP)

If you’ve ever felt like the world simply 'doesn't give a shit' about your big heart, this raw INFP/HSP journal entry on empathy burnout is for you. You are not alone in feeling like an outsider, dear soul. Today I’m sharing my own struggle with feeling hopeless and the internal battle of finding meaning when everything feels a bit pointless. This isn't a 10-step plan for relief; it's a conversation for the sensitive hearts who are tired of being the only ones who care. We're talking about: - The "empathy burnout" that comes from caring about a callous world. - Feeling like an "outsider" or "unicorn" in your own family or community. 🦄 - How to handle the "meltdown" when your kindness is met with carelessness. - Finding small anchors of meaning (like a connection to nature). Being an INFP or HSP can feel like a burden, but we make our own meaning, and sometimes that starts with just acknowledging how hard it is to be us. The INFP way to finally be understood

It’s time to stop apologizing for how your INFP soul is wired and finally give those you love the language they’ve been missing to truly understand you. Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In today’s journal entry, I’m sharing the missing ingredient that moved my relationship with my INFJ husband from stepping on eggshells to a deeper understanding of each other's inner world. As INFPs, our introverted feeling (Fi) can make it so hard to express our inner world in the moment. We’ll explore how using a personality framework like MBTI provides the lenses we need to depersonalize conflict and release the heavy guilt of not being "normal." Whether you are in an INFP/INFJ relationship or just trying to explain your need for alone time to your family, this framework is a tool for absolute freedom. It’s time to stop hiding, let go of the pressure to change, and embrace our natural way of being. ✨ I’d love to hear from you! Why knowing your patterns changes your fate (INFP/HSP)

Ever feel like you’re stuck in a loop, repeating the same emotional patterns and calling it "fate"? Discover why knowing your internal patterns is the secret to actually changing your fate, and how you can step into your power as a Pattern Breaker. Hello dear soul, and welcome back to the Lightbearer's Library. As INFPs and HSPs, we often feel at the mercy of an external destiny. But as Carl Jung famously said: "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." In today's journal entry, we explore: ✨ How to be a Pattern Breaker: Moving from "stuck" to empowered through self-awareness. ✨ Shadow Work for INFPs & HSPs: Practical ways to identify the hidden drivers of our behavior. ✨ Breaking Emotional Loops: Why we repeat the same heavy emotions and how to withdraw projections from family to find true relief. Are you tired of looking for answers in books, news, or from "experts" who don't know your soul? As an INFP and/or Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), the noise of the world can be exhausting. This spring, I’m making a radical choice: I’m putting down the guidebooks and picking up my tarot cards—not for "fortune telling," but as a mirror to my own inner voice.  “Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” — Carl Jung Hello dear soul, and welcome back to the Lightbearer's Library. In this spring journal entry, I’m sharing why I’ve decided to stop seeking external validation and start trusting my own "gift" of intuition.  In this video, we explore: - Why "information" can actually be a block to your inner knowing. - How to use tarot and symbols as playful tools for self-discovery (without the rulebooks!). - The difference between catastrophe intuition and joyful, creative intuition. - Why your self-knowledge is the ultimate key to making big life decisions.  ✨ I would love to hear from you: Have you ever felt pressured to follow the "experts" instead of your own gut? How to find hope when the world feels heavy (INFP/HSP)

Are you a sensitive soul feeling "deadened" by an internal winter and looking for the courage to not give up? Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer’s Library. As an INFP and/or highly sensitive person (HSP), it can feel like the cold snowy winter outside is reflecting how we feel inside—sort of deadened and lethargic. In this journal entry, I share my personal struggle with these heavy feelings and why I’m using a simple children’s book, "The Carrot Seed", as 'emotional first aid' to help me not give up. We explore how child-like faith is a powerful form of resistance and a courageous refusal to give up on our dreams. Whether it’s choosing a new creative hobby, practicing stillness, or setting boundaries with technology, these are the small seeds that create big changes. It’s time to refuse the chaos and trust that our internal springtime is coming. Just like the little boy in the story, we can plant our vision today and know that, eventually, it will come up.
