How to Understand Your Dreams: Dream Work, Self-Trust & Inner Knowing with Natasha

What if your dreams are not just random stories your brain creates while you sleep, but a space where you can explore your inner world, access creativity, process experience, and deepen your relationship with yourself? In this episode of the Venusian Womb Podcast, we enter the world of dreams with dream worker and facilitator Natasha, exploring what becomes possible when we begin to approach our dreams with curiosity rather than immediately trying to decode or interpret them. Natasha shares how dreams have been part of her life since childhood, and how her relationship with dreaming has evolved through lucid dreaming, dream journaling, synchronicities, somatic experiences, and intentional dream work. Together, we explore how simply remembering and recording your dreams can begin to create a relationship with your dreaming self. We talk about moving beyond the idea that every dream needs a fixed interpretation, and instead learning to pay attention to the emotions, sensations, images, and questions that arise. We also explore the body as a doorway into dream meaning. What happens when a dream leaves you with a physical sensation that stays with you after waking? How might your body offer information that your conscious mind cannot immediately access? From recurring dreams and nightmares to dream incubation, lucid dreaming, and collective dreaming, this conversation invites us to reconsider what dreams can offer us. Rather than seeing dreams as something that simply happens to us, we explore what it might look like to develop an intentional relationship with the dreaming realm while maintaining our own discernment and autonomy. Ultimately, this episode is an invitation to become curious about your own dreams. To keep a notebook beside your bed. To notice what your body remembers. To bring questions into the dream space. And to discover what happens when you begin listening to the inner world with a little more attention. How to Reconnect with Your Ancestral Roots (Without Losing Yourself) with Jenn

What happens when you've inherited a lineage, but not the stories that tell you who you are? Many of us carry a quiet longing to understand where we come from. Whether through migration, colonization, cultural assimilation, or generations of survival, our connection to ancestry can feel fragmented, leaving us searching for belonging, identity, and meaning in a world that often encourages us to look everywhere but within. In this episode of the Venusian Womb Podcast, we sit down with Jennifer, co-founder of Sisterhood of Mū, for a deeply nuanced conversation about ancestral remembrance, cultural and spiritual colonization, embodied discernment, and what it means to live in right relationship with ourselves, one another, and the Earth. Together, we explore how historical and generational experiences shape our identities, why reconnecting with our lineage is about more than taking a DNA test, and how curiosity can become a bridge back to our own authenticity. We also reflect on the importance of honouring the origins of the practices we engage with, questioning where our rituals come from, and cultivating integrity as we navigate spirituality, creativity, and personal growth. As the conversation unfolds, we examine the tension between modern technology and ancestral ways of living, the growing reliance on external sources for answers, and the practice of returning to our bodies as a place of discernment. Rather than offering simple solutions, this episode invites us to slow down, embrace complexity, and remember that self-trust is cultivated through relationship, presence, and lived experience. Whether you've been feeling disconnected from your roots, questioning your relationship with spirituality, exploring your cultural heritage, or learning to trust your own intuition, this conversation offers space for reflection without demanding certainty. Ultimately, this episode asks a simple but profound question: What kind of ancestor do you hope to become? May this conversation inspire you to explore your own lineage with humility, deepen your relationship with your body, and remember that authenticity is not something we discover once, but something we continually cultivate throughout our lives. GuestJennifer, Co- Founder of Sisterhood of Mū Jenn is the founder of Sisterhood of Mū, a multi-generational community where women gather to reconnect with themselves, one another, and the wisdom carried across the seasons of womanhood. Her work explores fertility, vitality, holistic sovereignty, ancestral remembrance, and authentic living. Through mentorship, facilitation, music, and community, Jenn encourages women to cultivate deeper relationships with their bodies, their lineage, and the Earth while honouring the unique medicine that emerges from their own lived experience. https://sisterhoodofmu.square.site/ Connect with Venusian Womb🌹 Website: https://www.venusianwomb.com About Your HostsMilena Co-founder of Venusian Womb, facilitator, and guide devoted to helping people reconnect with their intuition, embodied wisdom, and creative potential. ✨ Website coming soon Meaghan Somatic intimacy coach supporting individuals in cultivating deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and their relationships. ✨ Website: https://somaticintimacycoaching.ca

Menopause as a Rite of Passage, Reclaiming the Wisdom of the Crone with Jessie

The stories we've inherited about menopause tell us it's the beginning of decline. But what if it's actually the beginning of one of the most powerful initiations of a woman's life? In this deeply moving conversation, we sit down with Jessie, founder of Lotus and Moon and Beyond Blood, former nurse, poet, and guide for women's rites of passage, to explore menopause as a sacred threshold rather than a medical problem to solve. Together, we unpack how our culture's fear of aging has disconnected women from one of the richest sources of feminine wisdom, and what becomes possible when we begin listening to our bodies instead of trying to control them. Jessie shares her personal journey from decades working within the medical system to discovering an embodied approach to healing rooted in curiosity, grief, tenderness, and self-trust. Through stories of lineage, ancestral guidance, loss, creativity, and becoming, she invites us to see menopause not as an ending, but as an invitation into greater freedom, expression, and authenticity. Throughout the conversation, we explore how shame lives in the body, why grief is an essential part of every rite of passage, and how discernment allows us to move beyond judgment and reconnect with our inner authority. Together, we reflect on the wisdom carried by our elders, the importance of witnessing women through life's transitions, and the creative power that emerges when we soften into the intelligence of the body. Whether you're approaching menopause, supporting someone who is, or simply navigating your own season of transformation, this episode offers a compassionate and expansive perspective on what it truly means to become. This conversation is an invitation to honour every phase of womanhood, trust your body's innate wisdom, and remember that aging is not the loss of your power, but the refinement of it.
