Heritage High School Football Coach, Former Georgia Bulldog Star, Former Dallas Cowboys QB Quincy Carter Guests

“From the SEC to the NFL to the high school sideline — Quincy Carter on faith, leadership, and rebuilding Heritage.” “Quincy on the pressure of pro football, the joy of coaching, and why faith matters most." 🔥 Former Georgia Bulldog • Ex-Dallas Cowboys QB • Now Heritage HS head coach Quincy gets real about leadership, QB development, rebuilding a program, the role faith plays in his life and developing culture within his team. Leadership and accountability — how Quincy demands excellence and holds players, as well as staff to a higher standard. He makes it a point to build a personal relationship with his kids off the field, which has a major impact. If someone is struggling in school, broke up with their girlfriend, has trouble at home, those players will talk to Quincy. When you spend time getting to know a team on an intimate level, kids have trust confiding in you, allowing Quincy to offer support and have a pulse on his team. Coaching philosophy and QB development — the drills, film-room habits, and mental reps he uses to develop quarterbacks and offensive leaders. Rebuilding Heritage High School — coaching hires, player development, and the recruiting approach he’s using to turn the program into a contender. Life after the NFL — candid reflections on the highs, lows of pro football, a learning experience during and after his career. He talked about preparing players for life, lessons that will help in all aspects. Quincy feels a calling to make sure his kids have the skills necessary to succeed when they have jobs, families, he has a responsibility as a coach to teach these young men, so they lead productive lives. Faith and spirituality — an intimate conversation about how faith guides his decisions, keeps him grounded through pressure, and shapes mentorship. We evaluate top linemen recruits and feature their film. Trench Mob's Aiden Archer Is Offered His First Scholarship

Another special edition of the Trench Mob show! Julius Trenches, Jordan Harris join us for an announcement, Offensive Tackle Aiden Archer after over a year of hard work with Trench Mob, received his first college football scholarship offer. We have Aiden on to talk about what the experience has been like, and his father shares his thoughts as well. Aiden battled back from some early struggles. He is in the class of 2028, 5v5 tournaments Aiden lost battles, was beaten many times at Offensive Tackle, in ways Julius said some kids don’t come back from. Aiden never wavered, he had only played football for two years and still was learning. Jordan Harris got to work with Aiden, he said the kid trains 7 days a week, he continued to improve. His story shows guys can be as talented as they come but without putting in hard work, building that sweat equity, you sell yourself short. Trench Mob will make you the best you are capable of being, trust the process and good things will happen. This is a great journey of a kid who took his lumps, never slowed him down, kept making progress, and received his first offer. With more to come, we did this episode to stress to all players never give up. Each loss or when you get beaten, it’s a learning experience, you train and believe, colleges are always watching.
