    The Law of Attraction

You Don’t Attract What You Want—You Attract What You Project  What if the patterns you keep experiencing in relationships aren’t just about the people you attract—but also about the people you choose, the behavior you accept, and what you believe you deserve? In this episode of Women Talk, Shelly Cammish takes a practical look at the Law of Attraction, manifestation, mindset, relationships, self-worth, and personal growth—without pretending the universe is a vending machine. We explore the popular idea that energy flows where focus goes and separate the mystical interpretation of manifestation from what psychology can actually help us understand. Your beliefs influence what you notice. Your expectations influence your behavior. Your standards influence what you tolerate. And over time, those patterns can have a powerful effect on the people and experiences you continue allowing into your life. Using romantic relationships as an example, Shelly asks some uncomfortable but important questions: Why do we keep choosing emotionally unavailable partners when we say we want emotional availability? Why do we ask for consistency while continuing to accept inconsistency? Why do we say we want peace while giving our attention to people who repeatedly bring chaos? You’ll learn three practical ways to identify the patterns you may be repeating, including examining your past relationships for common themes, recognizing what you're rewarding with your attention, and becoming more aligned with the qualities you say you want in a partner. This isn't about blaming yourself for someone else's behavior or believing you “manifested” every difficult experience in your life. Other people are responsible for their choices. This is about identifying the part that is yours to change. Because maybe manifestation isn't simply asking the universe for a different life. Maybe it's deciding what kind of life you want—and changing what you focus on, what you tolerate, who gets access to you, and how you show up inside of it. I'm Sorry Is Not Enough

In this episode of Women Talk, Shelly Cammish explores relationship repair, trust, accountability, boundaries, forgiveness, and healthy communication across every kind of relationship: romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships, and professional relationships at work. We often think trust is built by never hurting or disappointing each other. But healthy relationships aren’t conflict-free. People make mistakes, cross boundaries, break commitments, and sometimes hurt the people they care about. What matters is what happens next. A genuine apology requires more than saying “I’m sorry.” It requires acknowledging what happened, taking responsibility for the impact, and demonstrating through behavior that something will change. Shelly breaks down what a real apology looks like, why phrases like “I’m sorry you feel that way” can avoid accountability, and how repeated apologies without changed behavior can become part of an unhealthy relationship pattern rather than genuine repair. You’ll also learn five practical responses to incomplete or defensive apologies, including what to say when someone tells you, “I already apologized,” “I didn’t mean to hurt you,” or “I’m sorry, but you…” And accountability works both ways. This conversation also challenges us to look at how we apologize when we are the person who caused the hurt—and why defending our intentions can prevent meaningful reconciliation. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, broken trust, communication problems, workplace conflict, friendship issues, family boundaries, or romantic relationship challenges, this episode offers practical tools for having healthier conversations and understanding the difference between an apology and actual repair. Because trust doesn’t rebuild when someone becomes better at saying sorry. Trust rebuilds when someone becomes more trustworthy. Women Talk — where real conversations meet real growth. Big Hat No Cattle

What if the people who look the richest actually aren’t the wealthiest? In this episode of Women Talk, Shelly Cammish takes on the difference between looking rich and actually building wealth using the old expression “Big Hat, No Cattle.” The luxury car, bigger house, designer bag, private school and expensive vacation may tell you what someone spends—but they tell you very little about what that person is actually worth. Shelly shares what she wishes she had understood much earlier in her career: earning a great income is not the same as achieving financial independence. After decades of working long hours, navigating bad bosses and giving more of her life to work than she sometimes wishes she had, her definition of wealth has changed. Wealth is about building enough financial independence to have choices over your time, career and life. This episode breaks down three practical ways to start building your own “cattle”: shift spending from appearances toward assets, begin creating income that doesn’t depend entirely on your employer, and stop competing in a lifestyle game you may not actually want to win. This isn’t about giving up coffee, vacations or everything you enjoy. It’s about making smarter trades today so that more of your life belongs to you tomorrow. Let them have the hat. We’re building the herd. Download the blog at GreenWell Solutions.  Women Talk — where real conversations meet real growth. Powered by GreenWell Solutions. Relevant Links: GreenWell Solutions
