The 15 Method: Manifest Anything with Gratitude

Discover the 15 Method, a gratitude-based manifestation exercise that uses Neville Goddard's Law of Assumption to reprogram your subconscious mind. Manifestation coach Robert Meade shares how he imagined his dream beach life, manifested his ideal partner, and what 18 months with Bob Proctor taught him.   Robert Meade is a senior Neville Goddard teacher and imagination coach who has guided clients in about 45 countries and has lived and taught the Law of Assumption since 2009. Joining Charla from the Philippines, Robert tells how losing his job during COVID led him to Mexico, Bali, and the island life he wrote out in his imagination years earlier.   In this episode, we cover: - The 15 Method (and 9 Method): blending 5 past, 5 present, and 5 future moments of gratitude - Why your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between past, present, and future - How gratitude raises your vibration and connects you with the source within - Bob Proctor's biggest lessons: write it down, the Law of Vibration, and learning from mentors - Neville Goddard on imagination, persistence, and systematic cultivation - Is struggling your fault? Personal responsibility without blame - Inspired action vs. hustle, and the job Robert landed by knocking on one door - Manifesting a specific person the right way: choosing qualities, not a particular someone - The #1 manifesting mistake: lack of consistency and persistence - Neville's "mental diet" and choosing what you feed your mind every day   🔗 CONNECT WITH ROBERT MEADE Book a free 30-minute consultation with Robert through True Cosmic Academy: https://thepowerofimaginationwithrobertmeade.as.me/schedule/b777cf6a/appointment/63675438/calendar/10225253 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvsnnEaAdIRqr3bGvrBoEkQ   📚 MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE • Neville Goddard: Prayer: The Art of Believing, The Power of Awareness, At Your Command • Bob Proctor: The Law of Vibration • Earl Nightingale: The Strangest Secret • Brian Tracy • Joe Dispenza   We'd love to hear from you! 💛 If you have a story to share, a question for the show, or just want to connect, reach out anytime: 🌐 Website: https://collectiveguidance.com/ 📩 Email: charla@collectiveguidance.com 📷 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/collectiveguidancepodcast/?hl=en 🎧 Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/collective-guidance-with-charla-goodnight/id1841118592 📺 Watch on YouTube: www.youtube.com/@UCVaHKAQBAfggqAigmL8Brpg    If you loved this episode, please follow, rate, and review Collective Guidance on Apple Podcasts or Spotify, and share it with someone who needs it today.

I Remember My Soul Choosing This Life - Marvin Rolnick on Past Lives & Forgiveness

Marvin Rolnick remembers dying in his past life, leaving his body, and choosing the life he's living now. In this episode of Collective Guidance, Charla talks with Marvin about out-of-body experiences, past life memories, A Course in Miracles, and why true forgiveness is the key to coming back to love.   Born in Brooklyn and a longtime California resident, Marvin is a Vietnam veteran who spent 30 years in the financial industry before becoming a speaker, comedian, writer, and spiritual guide. He shares the story of his death on a snowy December day in his last lifetime, his journey back to a body in Brooklyn, and the moment at two years old when he left his body and made a promise to find the answer to life.   Marvin opens up about the spiritual paths that shaped him, from positive mental attitude and meditation to Scientology, Religious Science, and A Course in Miracles. He explains the ego's hidden "dark mind," why change has to start within, and how inner guidance helps us see the light in others even when it's hard.   He also shares how his novel, Erasmus Joseph Lion, came to life: the story of a lion who no longer wants to kill, inspired by Jonathan Livingston Seagull and an unforgettable afternoon in a park during COVID.   IN THIS EPISODE: - What an out-of-body experience feels like - Remembering a past life death and choosing a new life - The happiest moment of Marvin's life, at age two - The reactive mind and how the past takes over the present - What Scientology got right, and what it didn't - A Course in Miracles, the ego, and inner guidance - The story behind Erasmus Joseph Lion - False forgiveness vs. true forgiveness - Why "forgive but stay present" beats "forgive but don't forget" - To give is to receive: why what you put out comes back to you   📚 CONNECT WITH MARVIN ROLNICK Website: https://marvinrolnick.com Book: https://marvinrolnick.com/erasmus-joseph-lion/ Email: theforgivinglion@gmail.com   We'd love to hear from you! 💛 If you have a story to share, a question for the show, or just want to connect, reach out anytime: 🌐 Website: https://collectiveguidance.com/ 📩 Email: charla@collectiveguidance.com 📷 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/collectiveguidancepodcast/?hl=en 🎧 Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/collective-guidance-with-charla-goodnight/id1841118592 📺 Watch on YouTube: www.youtube.com/@CollectiveGuidancePodcast     If this episode resonated with you, please subscribe, rate, and leave a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. What Is Channeling? How to Tap Into Your Intuition

What is channeling, and can anyone do it? Channeler and author Greg Campisi joins Charla Goodnight to explore intuition, psychic ability, spiritual awakening, and how fear and trauma create energetic density that blocks your connection to spirit.   Two years ago, during a plant medicine ceremony with the intention "How do I release fear?", three hours of channeled material flowed through Greg. That began The Simple Truths of Existence, a series of channeled teachings, and his first book, Lighten Up! From Density to Freedom. Greg is the founder and director of Awaken: Center for Human Evolution, a nonprofit spiritual and holistic healing community in Plymouth Meeting, PA, outside Philadelphia.   In this episode: - What channeling is and the different ways messages come through - Why intuition isn't a "gift" and what blocks your natural abilities - Solid, liquid, gas: how density and vibration shape your energy - How judgment, fear, and criticism add density to your life - Trauma as a black hole, energy vampires, and "passing on the pain" - Moving out of victim mentality: life happens through you, not to you - Why the people closest to us trigger us most - Generational trauma and why your soul chose your family - Waves of awakening since 2012 and 2020 - Creativity, creation, and ascension - A closing channeled message for the collective   🎁 FREE GIFTS FOR LISTENERS 📘 Free Lighten Up! Why Small Things Trigger Big Emotions (And How to Release Them)

Most of us learned only two ways to deal with painful emotions: suppress them or explode. Both keep us stuck. In this episode, Charla sits down with Marty Simon, retired NYU professor, spiritual teacher, and author of "Spirituality for Effective Living: Teachings of the Masters Through an Unenlightened Disciple," to explore a third way: releasing emotions.   Marty explains how unprocessed emotions become energy blocks that get triggered by everyday events, why the exact same phone call can make one person furious and leave another unbothered, and how these blocks may drain our vitality as we age. He walks step by step through the releasing practice he learned from Mickey Singer, shares how he used it for four days after discovering his wife's affair, and offers a powerful reframe: the only thing any of us are truly afraid of is our own emotions.   IN THIS EPISODE: - The difference between emotional pain and suffering - What energy blocks are and why they cause overreactions - Why suppressing and expressing emotions both fall short - How to release emotions: relax the body, open the chest, witness - Why "staying busy" makes grief harder - The biggest mistake beginners make with this practice - How gratitude dissolves resistance - Why you keep repeating the same relationship patterns - How emotional release can lead to a life with less fear   KEY QUOTE: "Pain is natural. Suffering is optional."   📖 ABOUT MARTY SIMON Marty Simon is a retired NYU professor of education (mathematics) who has spent more than 20 years as a spiritual teacher and meditation group leader. He teaches people how to apply spirituality to everyday life, writes "Spirituality for Effective Living" on Substack, and leads a free meditation group open to everyone.   🔗 CONNECT WITH MARTY 📚 Book: Spirituality for Effective Living: Teachings of the Masters Through an Unenlightened Disciple – https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FVG4KJ4Y?lv=shuf&channelId=500&plpRedirect=mhFallback ✍️ Substack (always free): https://substack.com/@martysimon   We'd love to hear from you! 💛 If you have a story to share, a question for the show, or just want to connect, reach out anytime: 🌐 Website: https://collectiveguidance.com/ 📩 Email: charla@collectiveguidance.com 📷 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/collectiveguidancepodcast/?hl=en 🎧 Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/collective-guidance-with-charla-goodnight/id1841118592 📺 Watch on YouTube: www.youtube.com/@CollectiveGuidancePodcast     If this episode resonated, follow the show, leave a 5-star rating and review, and share it with someone who needs it.   This podcast is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Anxious Attachment Style Explained: How Childhood Trauma Affects Adult Relationships | Dr. Cal Spinks

What's the difference between being capable and having capacity? In this deeply personal conversation, licensed professional counselor and executive coach Dr. Cal Spinks explains why you can be highly skilled, successful, and "capable" — and still lose yourself completely in the process.   Dr. Cal shares his own story: growing up biracial in the projects of Central Illinois in 1968, developing an anxious attachment style, and spending decades as what he calls a "tugboat" — dragging other people's boats at the cost of his own peace. He walks us through his framework for identifying when you're operating from Fear, Obligation, or Guilt (the "FOG"), his personal practice of Head, Heart, Gut, Feet for making aligned decisions, and his journey into the Lukumi spiritual tradition, culminating in becoming a priest of the orisha Shango.   This episode covers: - The real difference between capacity and capability - How childhood experiences shape anxious attachment in adulthood - The FOG framework: identifying Fear, Obligation, and Guilt as motivators - Dr. Cal's path into African traditional spirituality (Lukumi/Ifa) and priesthood of Shango - The Head, Heart, Gut, Feet method for distinguishing intuition from old trauma - Shifting from a scarcity mindset to genuine abundance - Why real growth is often about "unlearning" rather than learning - The tugboat vs. lighthouse metaphor for healthy giving   About Dr. Cal Spinks: Dr. Cal Spinks is a licensed professional counselor, counselor educator, executive coach, and organizational strategist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership, and organizational development. He is the founder of Quantum Counseling Group, operating a private behavioral health practice serving clients in Missouri, Texas, and Illinois, and the creator of the Capacity Architect Framework, which helps leaders and organizations build the clarity, structure, and human capacity needed for sustainable growth.   Connect with Dr. Cal Spinks: Website: youbelonghere.live Email: drcal@youbelonghere.live Instagram/TikTok: @drcal4u Facebook: Cal Spinks   We'd love to hear from you! 💛 If you have a story to share, a question for the show, or just want to connect, reach out anytime: 🌐 Website: https://collectiveguidance.com/ 📩 Email: charla@collectiveguidance.com 📷 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/collectiveguidancepodcast/?hl=en 🎧 Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/collective-guidance-with-charla-goodnight/id1841118592 📺 Watch on YouTube: www.youtube.com/@CollectiveGuidancePodcast     If you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe, rate, and leave a review — it helps more listeners find the show.   This podcast is for informational and inspirational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
