No More Shame, No More Silence: Jesus Redeemed the Wounds i Tried to Hide | Unspoken With aggie park Season 3

Season 3 of Unspoken with aggie park is here! To start off this new season, I am sharing one of the most shameful parts of my story. In this episode, I share pieces of a season in my life where rejection, abandonment, and brokenness made me crave love so deeply that it didn't matter who it came from, how it came, or how old they were. My mom left the country to do her own thing. Later, my first boyfriend took my college money. When my dad found out, my passport was taken away, and I was basically imprisoned in the house for a year — yelled at, shamed, and humiliated in private and in public. And then, after all of that, what started as a business relationship with an almost 40-year-old man slowly turned into something confusing, painful, inappropriate, and deeply shameful for my younger 20-year-old self. This episode is about the kind of pain that tricked me into believing being used was the same thing as being loved… and the kind of Jesus who met me there without disgust, without condemnation, and without ever calling me too far gone. It's about what happens when you are so desperate to feel wanted, loved, and wanted that you ignore the warning signs. It's about the shame that tells you to stay silent. But more than anything, this episode is about Jesus. The Jesus who did not turn away from the ugliest parts of my story. The Jesus who did not shame me in the places people would have. The Jesus who stepped into the middle of my mess and covered it with His blood, His mercy, His healing, and His redemption. This is not a neat, polished, church-approved testimony. This is raw. This is real. This is redeemed. And if you have ever believed your story was too messy, too shameful, too far gone, or too broken for Jesus to touch, this episode is for you. His love reaches there too. His blood covers that too. His redemption has no limits. If this episode gave you hope, please share it with someone who needs to be reminded that they are never, ever, ever too far gone for Jesus to love, heal, restore, and redeem. And don't forget to follow, rate, and review Unspoken with aggie park on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube so more people can hear raw stories like these and be reminded that shame does not get the final word — Jesus does. Breaking Free From People-Pleasing, Fake Peace, and Shame — What If the Parts They Judged Were the Parts God Designed?

Have you ever looked at yourself and quietly wondered, “What is wrong with me?” In this episode of Unspoken with aggie park, i sit down with Caitlin Childs for a real and honest conversation about shame, identity, people-pleasing, boundaries, and what happens when you finally stop becoming who people want you to be. Caitlin shares how she grew up feeling different, not enough, and convinced that something about her needed to be fixed. She followed the rules. She tried to be “right.” She tried to be accepted. But religious performance could not heal what only Jesus could touch. We talk about the quiet ones, the loud ones, the creative ones, the emotional ones, the misunderstood ones — and the ones who learned to shape-shift just to keep people close. But here is the hard truth: some people do not love the real you. They love the version of you that stays small, easy, silent, convenient, and controllable. And that is not love. That is access. This episode is for the one who is tired of fake peace, fake love, and relationships that only work when you abandon yourself. Because sometimes healing looks like disappointing people.Sometimes obedience looks like boundaries.Sometimes freedom looks like being misunderstood. And sometimes the version of you they reject is the very version God is restoring. You do not have to shrink to be loved. You do not have to perform to belong. You do not have to keep living dim because someone else is uncomfortable with the way God made you shine. If this episode encouraged you, please follow, rate, and share the podcast with someone who needs to hear it. It helps these raw, honest stories reach more people who may be quietly walking through the same struggles and need to be reminded they are not alone — and that Jesus is still healing, restoring, and redeeming. And if you have a prayer request, you can send it to me. i would truly be honored to pray with you. What Broke His Heart, God Turned Into Healing for Generations with Dr. Hartford Dawson

In this episode of Unspoken with aggie park, i sit down with Dr. Hartford Dawson for a conversation that is raw, powerful, emotional, and such a deep reminder that God never wastes pain. Dr. Dawson went on a mission trip to Ghana, and what he saw there broke his heart. Children were sick, crying, lying on the floor, and suffering with little to no access to medical care. No relief. No hospital nearby. No one able to give them the help they desperately needed. But when he came back to New York, life got busy. Work, responsibilities, survival, and all the everyday things we all understand. Slowly, the burden got buried. Until one day, Dr. Dawson found himself critically sick in the ICU. And in that place, God reminded him of the pain those children in Ghana were experiencing every single day. Then God gave him what sounded like an impossible assignment: Build them a hospital. No clear plan. No funding. No easy path. Just a calling from God. What followed was 12 years of sacrifice, tears, betrayal, prayer, fasting, perseverance, hard work, faith, and obedience. And today, by the grace of God, the first children’s hospital in Eastern Ghana has been completed and is now serving children and families who desperately need medical care. This episode is for the person who feels called to something bigger than themselves but feels tired, delayed, unseen, unqualified, or discouraged. Please don’t quit. No matter how hard it gets.No matter who does not believe in you.No matter how impossible it feels. No matter how long it takes. If Jesus called you to it, He will be faithful to walk with you through it in His perfect timing and His perfect way. Dr. Dawson’s story is proof that when God gives you a burden you cannot shake, a vision bigger than you, and the grace to keep going when nothing looks possible… He can take one impossible whisper, stretch it through years of obedience, and turn one surrendered yes into something that brings healing, hope, and life to generations. This week’s encouragement: Ask God honestly, “LORD, what are the seemingly impossible things You want to display Your power, grace, and glory through in my life?” Be bold in your prayers. There is absolutely nothing our God cannot do. But also pray that He keeps your heart pure and humble before Him, so that whatever He builds through you will always point back to Him. If this episode encouraged you, please share it with someone who needs to be reminded that their pain is not wasted, their calling still matters, and God can build something beautiful through one surrendered yes. And i would love to hear from you — what part of Dr. Dawson’s story challenged your faith the most? Comment, message me, or share this episode with someone who is trying to keep going in the middle of a long obedience. Your Worth Is Not Your Performance: How God Used an Amazon Call to Remind Me i Am His Child

Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up already feeling behind? That was me. i was sick, exhausted, and woke up at 1:15 PM — which honestly was a new record 😅 i had a whole to-do list waiting for me. Things i needed to do. Things i wanted to do. Things i thought i needed to do for God on that day. And i did none of it. Not one thing. That’s when the lies got loud. “You’re useless.”“You’re worthless.”“You didn’t accomplish anything today.” But God. In the most random, mundane, only-God kind of way, He met me through an Amazon customer service call. A bling notebook and bling pen i was waiting for didn’t show up — and yes, bling cheers me up a little — so i called Amazon. But somehow, down to the millisecond, God connected me to Nicholas. And Nicholas turned out to be my brother in Christ. What started as a frustrating Amazon call became a holy moment. We talked about Jesus. We encouraged each other. We prayed together. Then he said something that went straight against the lie the enemy had whispered earlier: “You are for sure a child of God.” The exact identity the enemy attacked… God reaffirmed through a stranger on an Amazon call. Only God could use a missing bling notebook & pen to remind me who i am 😅✨ In this episode, we’re talking about the lie that our worth is tied to productivity, performance, accomplishments, ministry, or how much we “do” for Jesus. Because the truth is: You are not valuable because of what you accomplished today. You are valuable because you belong to God. And maybe the days we think we “did nothing” are still full of holy moments we couldn’t have planned. Reflection for your heart: What lie do i believe about myself when i don’t accomplish anything? What truth does God say about me instead? Who is The Holy Spirit asking me to encourage today? Because sometimes loving God and loving people looks less like checking off a list… and more like letting God interrupt your ordinary day with eternity. You are not useless. You are not worthless. You are not behind in God’s eyes. You are His child. And that truth still stands, even when your to-do list doesn’t. If this encouraged you in any way, comment “i am who He says i am” so i can pray for you 💛 And tell me — what is one lie you need God to replace with truth today? Breaking Generational Cycles: Restoring Your Voice After Abuse and Trauma

In this episode of Unspoken with aggie park, i sit down with my sister Laneice for a raw and tender conversation about childhood pain, domestic violence, low self-worth, suicidal thoughts, identity, healing, and the redeeming love of Jesus. Laneice shares how pain entered her life way too early, how silence became survival, and how those wounds followed her into adulthood. We talk about the painful ways trauma can shape how we see love, how we see ourselves, and what we think we deserve. But more than anything, this conversation is about hope.Laneice is still here. She is still fighting. She is still choosing healing. And God is helping her remember who she really is in Christ — loved, chosen, worthy, and not defined by what happened to her.  If you’ve ever felt worthless, stuck, ashamed, or too broken to be restored, this episode is for you. Jesus can meet you right in the middle of the pain, break cycles, restore your voice, and remind you that your story is not over. If this episode encourages you, share it with someone who needs hope today. And this week, i want to challenge you: share your story with at least one person. It doesn’t have to be perfect or polished. Just be honest, and trust that God can use your testimony to plant seeds in someone’s life. Your story matters. Your voice matters. And what God healed in you may be the very thing He uses to help set someone else free. If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please don’t fight alone. Reach out to someone you trust, a pastor, counselor, or crisis line. You are not a burden. Your life is worth fighting for! Spiritual Warfare, Suicidal Thoughts, Self-Harm, And Abandonment Wounds: When hell Tried To End Me, Jesus Rescued Me

In this episode, i’m sharing something very raw and personal...a moment where the enemy attacked my mind so hard that i spiraled into shame, worthlessness, abandonment wounds, suicidal thoughts and self-harm. i want to be honest because healing in Christ is not always cute, clean, or instant. Sometimes you can know The Word, love Jesus, be doing the work, and still find yourself in a battle that feels too heavy to carry. You are not alone in this my friend. But this episode is not just about the attack. It is about the kindness and power of Jesus in the middle of it. Even in my darkest moment, The Holy Spirit helped me put the knife down and run to God, even when all i had were tears. And the next day, Jesus reminded me that He already saw the ugliest, most broken parts of me yet He still chose the cross for me...and for you. i talk about spiritual warfare, identity in Christ, deliverance prayer, hidden idols, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and why the enemy often attacks hardest when God is moving powerfully. If you have ever felt abandoned, unloved, useless, or like your life does not matter, this episode is for you. You are not your worst moment. You are not the lies in your head. Jesus can make all things new! And that is THE TRUTH.
