You're Working Out… So Why Aren't You Getting Better Results?

Are you showing up to the gym consistently but not seeing the results you know you're capable of? It's time to stop doing more and start training smarter. In this episode of Thriving Out Loud, I'm breaking down the workout tips, techniques, and secrets that have helped me transform my own body while training just 3 times per week — and that I've seen make a HUGE difference across hundreds of clients and different body types. We're talking range of motion, tempo, exercise execution, mind-muscle connection, and the small training details that separate simply showing up from actually making your workouts count. I was recently training at a public gym while travelling (because I don't skip my 3 weekly sessions just because I'm away), and I couldn't help but notice so many of the common mistakes I discuss in this episode. I wanted to walk around and help everyone, but I'm pretty sure nobody wanted a random woman interrupting their workout to talk about tempo and range of motion! 😂 So instead, I'm sharing those lessons with YOU. If you've been putting in the work but feel like your progress doesn't reflect your effort, this episode is for you. You don't necessarily need more workouts, longer sessions, or endless cardio. You might just need a better approach. It's time to stop training harder without a plan and start training the OneFitB!tch way. 🎧 Listen up, level up, and let's make every rep count.
