Parental Alienation & FAMILY COUT FAILURES | Michael Love Returns

Is the family court system broken? In this powerful episode of the Family Court Voice Podcast, Mark sits down again with activist and campaigner Michael Love to discuss the realities of family court, parental alienation, and the growing movement demanding transparency and reform. Michael reveals the results of his investigation into the system — including freedom of information requests to government bodies, courts, and agencies involved in family law. The shocking response? No one can prove the system actually works. In this conversation we discuss: • Why some people compare family courts to the Post Office Horizon scandal • The truth behind Section 7 reports and court decisions • Why transparency in family courts is still almost impossible • The growing movement demanding reform • The documentary “Love V Law” exposing the system • The fight for accountability and evidence-based decisions We also talk about activism, journalism inside courtrooms, and why more parents around the world are speaking out about their experiences. This episode is a raw, honest discussion about family courts, parental alienation, and the need for systemic change. 00:00 Introduction and Context 09:55 Project Travis: Transparency in Family Courts 14:32 Navigating the Section 7 Report Process 19:01 Advocacy and Media Engagement in Family Law 23:27 Documentary Insights and Future Directions 27:49 Reflections on Systemic Issues in Family Courts 34:24 The Misleading Section Report 41:23 Critique of Family Court Reports 47:52 Political Perspectives on Family Courts 54:51 The Role of Advocacy and Support ⚠️ Disclaimer: Thoughts and views expressed are those of the speakers only and not necessarily the views of PAPA or any of its members.
