Welcome to the Educating Mindfully Learncast! This is a special opportunity for mindful educators and leaders to grow as they support the mental health and well-being of their learning communities through mindfulness-based learning. The Educating Mindfully Learncast features special guests in connection with a Mindfulness-Based Learning Framework topic. To support learning and integrating the mindfulness-based learning skill, each monthly episode contains an optional weekly self-paced reflective conversation in our Member Online Community. Being a Learncast, Educating Mindfully provides the option to earn professional development hours (PDs/CEUs) for educators and leaders!  💙Why? She is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness guide, as well as the creator of a student-led mindfulness program. She is an award-winning children’s book author and has received specialized certifications in transformational coaching, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
