Money Mindset & Habits of Thinking: Why High-Achieving Women Feel Stuck with Amy Kemp

What if the thought patterns that helped you succeed are now the very things keeping you stuck? In this episode of the Wellness That Fits Podcast, host Cassie sits down with Amy Kemp, leadership coach, author of I See You, and expert in subconscious thought patterns, to explore why so many high-achieving women struggle with overthinking, money mindset, burnout, people-pleasing, and the pressure to do it all. Amy shares how the habits of thinking we develop throughout our lives can become survival mechanisms that once served us but eventually leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what matters most. Through her work with the Habit Finder, Amy helps women recognize these patterns, build awareness, and make intentional changes that support sustainable success. Cassie and Amy explore how to stop tying your worth to your productivity, redefine what “enough” looks like, and develop a more empowering relationship with money. In this episode, you’ll discover: Overthinking and subconscious habitsHigh-achiever burnoutMindset shifts for womenBoundaries and work-life balanceRedefining success and “enough”Money mindset and self-worthThe power of connection: Why lasting personal growth happens through relationships and community rather than trying to change everything on your own.Amy also shares insights from coaching women leaders, including why guilt-free play, intentional boundaries, and small, consistent changes can lead to greater fulfillment and even business growth. Are You Eating Healthy but Still Feel Terrible? Your Diet May Be Missing This

You’re eating “healthy.” You’re prioritizing protein, choosing lean meats, salads, vegetables, brown rice, clean dressings, and nutritious foods. So why do you still feel exhausted, inflamed, unfocused, or like you’re running on survival mode? In this episode of the Wellness That Fits Podcast, Cass explores why a diet that looks healthy on the surface may not be fully supporting your brain health, gut health, energy, mood, and executive function. Protein is important, but it’s not the whole picture. One of the biggest missing pieces for many women is fiber and plant diversity. Cass walks through a typical day of high-protein eating and reveals how easy it can be to consume plenty of protein while falling far short of your daily fiber needs. You’ll learn why fiber matters for the gut microbiome, how gut bacteria use fiber to produce beneficial short-chain fatty acids, and how these compounds can influence inflammation, the gut lining, and even the brain. Cass also discusses other factors that can affect how you feel—including stress, poor sleep, blood sugar crashes, low iron, micronutrient intake, inflammation, and nervous system health—and why looking at the whole picture is essential. This episode is especially relevant if you’re a high-achieving woman who is doing “all the right things” but still struggles with brain fog, low energy, difficulty focusing, mental fatigue, or feeling like you never have enough energy left for the people and activities that matter most. Instead of focusing solely on weight loss or hitting your protein target, this conversation invites you to ask a bigger question: Is the way I’m eating actually fueling my brain and supporting the way I want to feel and function? If you’re ready to move beyond simply “eating healthy” and start thinking about nutrition in terms of energy, brain performance, gut health, and feeling your best, this episode is for you. Outsource Your Health: The Secret to Getting Your Mental Bandwidth Back

You worked hard to build this life. You have the career, the family, the responsibilities, and maybe even the success you once dreamed about. So why are you too exhausted to actually enjoy it? Learn more about founding cohort here: Brain Health & Energy Protocol In this episode of the Wellness That Fits Podcast, registered dietitian Cassie Groeschl talks about why so many high-achieving women struggle with nutrition, energy, brain health, and consistency, even when they already know what they “should” be doing. The problem isn't a lack of nutrition information. The problem is mental bandwidth. When your brain is already carrying work, kids, schedules, relationships, household responsibilities, and a hundred daily decisions, figuring out what to eat, which supplements to take, what the latest research says, and how to make a healthy meal work on a Tuesday night can become one more job. ..... And you don't need another job. In this episode, Cassie explains why outsourcing your health can be a powerful way to save time, reduce decision fatigue, and make healthy habits easier to sustain. As a registered dietitian specializing in brain health, energy, and nutrition psychology, she shares how she helps translate nutrition research into practical strategies that actually fit real life. The goal isn't to add another wellness task to your already-full plate. It's to take things off your plate: the research, the uncertainty, the constant Googling, the “what should I eat?” decisions, and the frustration of trying to figure everything out yourself. Your time is valuable. Your mental energy is valuable. And your health doesn't have to be another thing you manage alone. You don't need more information. You need a way to make taking care of yourself easier to sustain inside the life you already built.
