    Note: Hey ladies. So Around the 13 minute mark I made a mistake by saying “main characters do not lead, they follow” but it should have been “main characters do not follow, they lead”. I’ll share simple mindset shifts that can help you release the guilt around choosing yourself. We’ll explore how prioritizing your needs can help you show up more fully. Because when you’re aligned, energized, and grounded, everyone benefits. Not just you.
